Friendly staff, comfortable rooms Old furniture, food is not so good Hotel is clean and comfortable to sleep. The price is good and reasonable. Staff is very friendly and let me borrow iron for ironing my clothes. Rooms are a little dark, no direct sunlights gets in, furniture a little old, but still comfortable to sleep.
Shopping Tip : Near by is Emporium shopping complex, 10min walk and the MRT station.

Food Unable to earn miles to Royal Orchid Plus without first aquiring an A-Club membership- and when I tried after to transfer miles the web site said I did not have enough miles to transfer. Very frustrating!! I am very impressed when I need a taxi service,the staff was extremely responsive. Upon checking in and checking out,the staff that help with my luggages was awesome.Stream room and fitness room were nice and clean.The lobby breakfast staff served with smiles and great coffee.Unfortunately, we could not take a swim because the pool was closed for some reasons.
I would deffinately recommend this hotel if asked.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness. You feel welcome. None except from maybe the price. Could have been a little lower consider they charge you for almost anything used in the room. This hotel I would recommend sincerely. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Not far to the skytrain that will take you almost anywhere. Also easy access to bus lines along sukhumvit. I stayed on 12th floor so it was very quiet. Wireless internet in the room that function just fine. Friendly and very professional staff.
Nightlife Tip : Lots of massage parlors and bars to choose from.

the position is exellent,pleanty pubs etc+skytain and shops
do not have room on 12th floor noisy from staff rooms above Hotel is in a great position.Plenty bars pubs and clubs all very close. Nice pizza restaurant across the road(i recommend)Nice park and shopping centre ajacent,and looks lovely during the christmas season.i use this hotel alot in my bangkok stays.

Friendly and helpfull staff Some rooms special bathrooms must have a renovation! I think i haved my 50th stay or mor e in this Hotel and every time i have a warmly welcome from the staff. The Hotel is ideal located for shopping, the Emporium is only 150 meter far from here and also the connection to the sky train has the same distance. There are nice pubs and bars on the same road. Over all i will come back sone.

The service is friendly. They are trying for you. The hotel is located in an entertainment street next to the major street and just walk away from Emporium which makes it a very convenient location. Apart from bars nearby you will also find a few really nice restaurants and a couple of really clean and tidy massage places ( apart from the ones offering 'special' services. So you can classify it like 'you are just in a place to offer it all I guess.
The hotel in itself has a good breakfast but allow some time for it to really utilize your 500 Baht because it is not cheap. We did not eat in the hotel because there are plenty of eateries around. I think there had been a Chinese restaurant there but who would like to eat Chinese while in Thailand? The hotel has this marble feeling which I do not fancy that much and the pool because it is on the roof top is nice although could have more amenities and English speaking staff. The staff wants to be helpful but hardly speaks English at times. Also, unofficially, as a friendly advice, we were told to leave 100 Baht on the cushion for a cleaning lady every day to avoid that something is missing from the room.
Nightlife Tip : Wall street...is quite an interesting experience...hold the hand of your husband/boyfriend all the time!

Good Mid Range Hotel, conveniently located in Soi 33 but not so busy as central Sukhumvit. None that I can think of. Have stayed at Novotel Lotus on many occasions and is my favourite Mid Range Hotel in the area. The Agoda price is excellent value and cheaper than Novotel Siam Square for pretty much the same accomodation. Good restaurants, excellent welcoming staff, spacious and well appointed rooms and an hotel you come back to time and again. I've not had a bad stay in Novotel Lotus on dozens of visits.

Great Location, Good Service. The TV programming could use some looking into. Great location; Proximity to Sky train and eating joints saves plenty of time. The street - soi 33 - is getting very interesting with many Bars and Eateries opening every few months.

Very good comfortable room and helpful staff I stayed at this hotel for four nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff were particularly helpful and charming and the room exceeded my expectations. It is located close to the many bars and restaurants along Sukhumvit and is very easy to get to. The swimming pool area was clean with plenty of clean towels available.
Nightlife Tip : Very central to some exciting bars.

Very clean and close to night spots. I really liked this hotel and will be staying again. Facility is a little old. Nightlife Tip : Walk down same street. Many Karaoke bars.

Well located and with the best breakfast. many of the rooms must be renovated. Novotel lotus is a very good located Hotel, only 2-3 minutes to the skytrain station Phrom-Pong,
also for shopping in Emporium is it the same
distance. This Hotel provide one of the best Breakfast in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For short trips the ideal Hotel.
I have stayed here for more than 30 times, and will be back.
