Everything is first rate. I would stay there again. Rooms are clean and quiet. View on BKK is superb. I only wish it were a little cheaper.
Restaurant Tip : Try the bakery in the lobby. It is excellent.

The rooms are comfort, staff are well performed overall, i vote for a quality stay at Novotel. For budget and standard, it's a value for money choice. however, the location is a bit far from the downtown of bangkok. It's more suitable for business travellers, but if you are in bangkok for leisure like us, I won't suggest the stay here.
