Clean modern hotel, with all you would epect from this chain. Midway between skyrail stations, so at least 10 mins walk. JUst off the Sukumvit Road,Modern Hotel, with 9th floor roof top swimming pool. Coffee Cake shop on ground floor had nice pastries for an afternnon tea. Large reception area and very helpful staff. ATM over the road for quick cash if you need it. Midway between the skyrail stations so a 10 minute walk to train station.
Travel tip : The rooms on the top floor gave a nice view of Bangkok lights at night.

Good solid all round hotel with exceptional staff.
Perhaps not the best for families due to area, but certainly convenient for skytrain, buses and good shopping.
Shopping Tip : Up-market shopping at Emporium, 3 minutes walk.

Staff was courteous. However, when we reached at 10.30 in the morning, we were made to wait till 12.00 for the room to be made available. We were offered a free coffee shop coupon nevertheless.

The hotel is perfect from inside, service is great especially the food.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a remote control unit sitting beside the bed where you can control the lights, the A/C, the TV ...etc, this unit is fantastic and I wish all hotels has a similar feature.

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade.
Restaurant Tip : The Dubliner Irish pub, good food and beer. Cross over the Sukhumvit road across from hotel.

clean modern 4 star hotel at 3 star prices nothing particularly bad about this hotel As you would expect from a novotel in a convenient location for the center of bangkok near the skytrain. If you like to stay in 4 star hotels but only have 3 star pockets this is the place to stay in bangkok. I only stayed for one night so did not really use any of the facilities but would recommend this hotel for short or extended stay in bangkok.

It was an excellent hotel by way of location and good public relations. Everyone was full of smiles and the staff seemed to enjoy their work. I felt the bakery was overpriced, though the food offered was fresh and tasty.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of bars and restaurants around the place.

This hotel has the right level of luxury,so you dont need to feel like a fish out of water when you arrive with your backpack. The staff was really friendly.
Shopping Tip : A few blocks up on Sukhumvit, next to the Subway shop, there is a nice lady selling lots of Tupperware at great prices.

Department store is located at nearest station. There are many restaurants - good food with reasonable prices!
Restaurant Tip : Foreign country people who have been working at Bangkok have lunch in the department store located near hotel.
Major bank is also located near hotel.
