Modern and luxurious airport hotel. This is really a beautiful airport hotel. The service, rooms and restaurants are excellent. A van runs regularly to the terminals but I understand it will be possible to walk shortly. The pool area is also very nice and although you are within the airport grounds, we never actually heard a plane while at the pool. Highly recommended.

This is really a beautiful airport hotel. The service, rooms and restaurants are excellent. A van runs regularly to the terminals but I understand it will be possible to walk shortly. Expensive internet on top of the expensive hotel price. Shuttle needed even though inside the airport. The location inside the airport is very enticing for someone like me, needing an overnight stay between flights at Suvarnabhumi. But for that matter, there are other hotels near the airport with shuttle service. And the hotel is not connected to the airport, it is separated from the terminal by the big parking building, and to get to the hotel one needs to take a convoluted shuttle trip (which only takes a few minutes, but starts to become comparable with other hotels in the area even though they are outside the airport). Also, for such an expensive hotel, an added charge of USD15 for half a day of internet is on the expensive/annoying side.

the room was very clean, beautiful lobby This hotel was very nice. I got a good deal online through Agoda. The room was very clean and nice. The spa is also excellent. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and was generally pretty good. The lobby is also very spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms were also very nice. The gym is good as well. there is a variety of cardio equipment, weights (machine and free) and stability balls.

very comfortable and modern, very easy transport via free hotel shuttle to and from the airport internet access very expensive I used this hotel purely for a few hours of sleep and a shower so cannot comment on any of the amenities or restaurants, but simply as a transit hotel, it was great. Transport to and from the airport was easy and free, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaints would be that accessing the internet was expensive (i decided not to based on the price) and the prices for room service seemed pricey as well. But, a comfortable bed and well-equipped, clean room made it a perfect solution for the six hours I had between international flights.

Friendly efficient staff
Lovely and clean room
No cons that I can think of My entire experience at the hotel was superb, from the moment I was picked up at the airport until I returned the next day. The staff were friendly and very friendly. I had an executive room and it was superb. Fruit,chocolates and water in the room. Cocktails and canapes for a limited time in the evening. The pool was great too! All in all a very enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay there again.

Such a beautiful hotel!
I just loved the bathroom, it was so roomy not like most hotel bathrooms where you can hardly turn yourself around comfortably without hitting yourself on something or other. My bed was so easy to snuggle down into and get a perfect nights sleep. To be honest the entire room was fantastic. I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel at all. I couldn't fault my room one bit. I loved the bathroom and the space within. If you didn't peep out of the window you would have no idea of the happenings below in the reception area. Room serv ice was very prompt and the meal I ordered was very satisfactory. I wished that I was able to stay for much longer than the 12 hours. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and conducted without any hassles.I will most definately be staying there again and reccommending it to all who ask.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very close to the airport if you have a late or early flight to catch. Saves the drive through the Bangkok traffic.

Convenient, very clean, inviting. Personnel very friendly, professional and helpful None that I saw but only there very short time For an airport hotel it was extremely impressive. Arrived very late at night but staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and I had a great view over looking the pool area which was amazingly beautiful. Only stayed the one night but will be sure to stay there again should I need to do another overnight stay in Bangkok. No need to go all the way into the city to stay in high end hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Shuttle that took you to and from the hotel. Well marked in the airport so it was easy to find.

The room is big and nice friendly staffs.everything is clean in the hotel. happy with the stay in 20 hrs for my layover the next flight. Maybe the internet should be free. This is the first time stay in this hotel which is very close to the airport and they have free bus from the airport to the hotel every 10min very easy and convienence. I like to stay they because is good to get some rest before my next flight. Is the best idea to stay close to the airport if your next flight is less than 24 hrs.The hotel got everything you need.

Excellent service,convinience, clean, fresh, good restraurants, nice rooms and facilities. This is second time i stayed at the hotel and was as happy as on my first visit. I found the servece of staff was friendly, very professional and very courteous. Closeness to the airport is convenient and the bus provided by the hotel is very thoughtful as after the long flight which is very tiring as it is it could be confusing to look for transport. Even on my first visit i was impressed by the building, rooms and service and was not dissappointed by it. Will deffinetely come again next year!
Hotel Feature Tip : It was nice to have a facial and body massage at the hotes spa, which by the way is very peaceful and luxurious, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch as well and my daughter really appreciated big swimming pool and the bar.

Very attentive and polite staff. Nice spacious clean room with very comfortable bed - we slept very well after a long journey to Thailand. Bathroom was clean and nicely decorated with separate bath and shower. We very much enjoyed our stay here, even although it was only for the one night. It proved to be an ideal location for easy access into Bangkok town centre via taxi arranged by the hotel (25mins drive). There is a nice swimming pool for relaxing in. We would return here for another overnight stay.

Very close to airport, stylish, decent restaurants I only needed to stay one evening, the cons would be time consuming taking a taxi to the city a few times a day. I had a very early flight, leaving BKK at 5 am and needed to be at the airport by 3 am. This hotel is perfect for early departures or late arrivals. The place is stylish, the rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurants are not that expensive and it is two minutes from the airport. I would recommend this hotel if you have an early departure or late arrivial.

Great service. Easy access from airport. Numerous eateries. Excellent pool area. We arrived early evening on a flight with a plan to leave very early the following morning. All needs were met including a prompt wake up call and good late evening food. We asked for a quiet room with a view and received a quiet room overlooking the pool. Early am shuttle to the airport got us there with plenty of time. Highly recommended.

We were very pleasantly suprised by the Novotel. It's less than 5 min walk from the airport, or a free shuttle bus which is handy when you have luggage. The staff were very pleasant. The swimming pool, gym and garden are a great way to chill out between flights. The room was lovely. Can't think of anything major. Breakfast started at 6.30am which is a shame if you have an early flight to carch. Our stay at the Novotel was a very relaxing break between flights. The hotel was really lovely with great facilities and very helpful staff. The room was great. We had a huge bed, a desk, separate shower and bathtub. The pool is lovely, as is the Thai garden. I would definately recommend the novotel!
Restaurant Tip : We walked to the airport for cheaper food.
