Convenient 24 hour shuttle service from the airport
Lovely and comfortable lobby and restaurants

Fabulous swimming pool A minor wish---that the pool be open until 11 p.m. The Bangkok International Airport Novotel was a surprisingly deluxe find so near a major airport. The shuttle was easy, well marked at the airport, and convenient for middle of the night arrivals. The hotel itself is a beauty. The lobby, with several restaurants and a bar, is a comfortable meeting place, and staff were polite. The rooms have every appointment needed for a comfortable stay. Added plusses were the spa ( my friends told me it was super) and the gorgeous swimming pool ( an amenity I consider essential after a long flight).

I chose this hotel because it is right next to the airport, very convenient if one only have a one night lay over in Bangkok. The hotel also offer free shuttle right outside exit 4 at the airport. Staff are very helpful. Good selections of food for the breakfast buffet. I also love the bathroom with the soak tub and the built in speaker so one can listen to the TV while soaking in the tub. All in all, I felt very pampered and relaxed during my stay. The only thing I was not totally happy was that I booked the hotel online and have asked for a king size bed but was given two double beds instead when I checked in.
I chose this hotel becasue it was next to the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Since I only have an overnight lay over it suits my purpose very well. I was so glad that I made this decision becasue I missed my flight at Kathmandu so instead of arriving Bangkok at 6:30pm I did not arrive until 11:30pm. I was able to check in and was soaking in the tub by 12:30am. I also enjoyed the luxurious decore and the friendly staff. Good selections of food at the breakfast buffet. I was craving for dim sum during the last few days of my stay in Kathmandu and was able to satisfy my craving at breakfast. I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would come back next time for sure.

The lobby is spectacular. We had room service, prime rib burgers, pad thai, and jumbo shrimp ... it was absolutely delicious. The room itself had all the amenities ... very decadent. The breakfast was brilliant ... so many options to choose from. Service at front desk exceptional as I needed to store my bags ... they accomodated that and I had the pleasure of touring beautiful Bangkok. A top rated hotel absolutely. This is not a hotel but rather an experience to stay at the Novotel Airport Hotel. Everything is perfect. The decor, food, atmosphere, the room and room service.

Elegance, hospitality, and convenience. Nice room amenities. A nice place to stay. Still a bit too pricy, so will not use unless airport proximity is a must. This is my wife's favorite hotel and in my short list for staying near the airport. It has a lovely interior decor, excellent service and hospitality, and it is so convenient for transit passengers. This was our 4th visit and we will stay here again.

I booked the hotel upon request of a client - a senior doctor - who had to attend a meeting at BITEC. From speaking to him, he said he preferred to be at an Airport hotel as it is more conveneint that going into town since his visit was very short. The perfect location allowed him to get to BITEC in such a short time and he had more time to rest before catching a flight back.

The staff was outstanding. They could not do enough to make your stay a memorable experience. Nothing other than the airport was the only closething. That is why I picked it. The hotel is a great place. They have all the ammenities as the hotels downtown and is across the steet from the airport. The food was very good and the staff was the best. The did everything to make your stay enjoyable. The pool was great as was the spa. The price on everything was very good. I have no complaints on anything.
Shopping Tip : If you want shopping take a taxi or hotel limo to the BTS stop Nana. Lots to see and good food and shopping in the area.

I reserved this hotel upon request from a client who will be in town to attend a conference at BITEC and has no need to go into down town as his trip is only a few days. The hotel is very close and easily accessible to BITEC so the client is very happy about it. Although the rate is rather high, this is normal for any airport hotel. From speaking to the client, he seems to be pleased with the accommodation.

Luxury hotel, close to airport with great transfer service A very handy first class hotel within easy reach of the airport. Great for a one night relaxing stay but not recommended for a longer period as it is far from the city.
A great transfer service. The hotel has all of the features reguired for a relaxing stay in between flights. A bit pricey for Thailand, but well worth the money.
Hotel Feature Tip : Nice, quite little Thai garden on the second floor.

Major advantage is being next door to the airport and well connected by shuttle.
My stay was too short to say anything else, except that I found the cashiers services a little bit too slow. I did sign for accepting debits after departure, there was no reason to recheck on the minibar utilization.

- Convenient location for the airport since we had a layover.

The room had a bit of a funny smell at first, but that may have been just us getting used to Thailand and it seemed fine once we got used to it. It was a bit pricey, but in general very nice and convient to get to and from the airport for us since we had a 12 hour layover. We would need more time to see it during the day.

Proximity to airport, swimming pool, room, service, quick check out The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel Bangkok is a lovely and quiet hotel, although it is is situated so close to the airport. There is no noise from the airport and it is possible to get a great night's sleep. One of the best points about the hotel is it's proximity to the international airport, allowing overnight stops to be easily taken without th hassle of having to go into Bangkok itself. The rooms at the hotel are beautiful, with fabulous bathrooms and all facilities available for overnight transit stops. If you have time, there is also a lovely swimming pool with its own bar where you can relax for a swim, read, drink, or all three. Also, if you are leaving on an early flight there is a quick checkout and no time wasted queuing up, and a free shuttle available at all hours for a quick airport trip. It is also very easy, and probably quicker, to walk through the carpark and arrive on the departure floor of the airport. All very convenient!

Clean / smart / good value for money / efficient pick-up from terminal / unpretentious service a bit of a queue to check-out / 'wet room' shower leaked We stayed here for a night in transit from Bali to London. Many airport hotels feel 'over-used' and can be a bit grubby, but this one certainly wasn't. The room was smartly decorated and scrupulously clean. We overlooked the pool (which we used, and very good it was too)but there was no noise from outside and the swimmers didn't impact on our privacy. Good choice of restaurants and room service not massively expensive. Efficient and helpful staff without being intrusive. We would definitely use this hotel again if passing through Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel has a shuttle pick-up station in the arrivals area of the airport. Bear right when you emerge from customs. This wasn't clear in our booking print-out material.
