Reception at airport, frequent shuttles what ever is the time. Maybe more information to locate the desk at airport. The internet connection has only two possibility 12 and 24 hours> too long for transit person. Reception was good since the airport until i get my room key. Room was clean and well equipped.room service was prompt to deliver my request and the food was ok (test and quantity. I did not use the facilities of the hotel due to i staid a very short period. But there is so many. Personnel was helpful. I did not understand why a staff came to ring at my door at close to 10 oclock (he speaks very poor english).

- Modern, very clean hotel
- High-end amenities in hotel
- Great location for early morning flight out of Bangkok Airport
- Simple transportiation to/from airport - Stayed at hotel due to early morning flight out of Bangkok Aiport. Hotel is an extension of the airport. Overall the hotel is fantastic and I would absolutely stay there again. Extremely clean, new, modern and met all of my expectations.

pleasant surroundings I arrived at the hotel very tired after a long journey. It was a pleasure to be met by friendly staff and service. The fact that the hotel was at the airport was particularly convenient. I will certainly stay there again if I am in Bangkok.

Good Restaurants, Very easy access to the airport, comfortable rooms, very nice pool and gym facilities (sauna and steam!) Can't think of any! (The gift shop could be better stocked with typically forgotten items - mostly just very expensive souvenirs.) This is a great airport hotel; nice, comfortable, well-lighted rooms with big, clean bathrooms and lots of little amenities. It is very easy to find from the airport, the shuttle bus takes less than 5 minutes from the terminal, the drivers are helpful, the restaurants are nice and ready to help with special requests (I am a vegetarian - no problems!). Check in and out was very easy (using AGODA made it extra simple) and I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. It was a nice place to rest before a long flight - and after one, as well!
Restaurant Tip : The buffet is amazing - lots of choices and stations with different types of food. Unless you really need junk food - there is no reason to go over to the airport for food.

Proximity to airport, spacious hotel, good restaurants, comfortable bed, and happy hour at the hotel were all great aspects. We didn't use but the pool looked great too. Would have liked more shops since it was our last stop in Thailand before heading home. Also didn't really understand the big window in the bathroom. Novotel was our last stop in Thailand before heading home, so it was important to us that the ambience and decor matched what we had experienced on a great vacation. We were happy to be able to eat one last very good meal of Thai food at the restaurant. We would have liked more stores to shop in to pick up some last minute souvenirs. The pool area looked fabulous, but we did not have time to check it out. The close proximity to the airport was FABULOUS, especially since our flight left at 5:00am. Overall, it was a great stay.

Efficient free van pickup at airport by Novotel (area 5), hotel only minutes away (you can not walk to hotel), efficient check in (opened preferred checkin when line was only 3 people), lobby resturant open late, room service 24 hrs, room spacious and almost all of the ammenities, checkout efficient only took a few (<5)minutes, frequent free shuttles to airport. No iron or ironing board in room. Food selection in hotel lobby resturant somewhat limited. A great place to spent a long stayover between flights and get some sleep or just to shower. If I had more time (say a day or so), I would stay downtown Bangkok. Staff very courteous and helpful.
Travel tip : Nothing near by to see, but you are only minutes from the terminal so you can sleep in rather than taking the hour ride from downtown Bangkok.

Great location and handy access to air port. I have back problems but was able to sleep very comfortably on their mattress- which is not the case in most hotels. The a/c fan blew right on me whenever I walked to the TV, the bathroom or the door. I would have liked more choices for meals. All in all it was a very good experience. It's hard to imagine a more efficient or easier way of getting from the airport to the hotel. I was traveling on my own and concerned about finding the shuttle to get to the hotel but it was very well marked through out the airport. I felt very secure and taken care of.

The location is perfect for one overnight stay, very close to the airport. Rooms are nice. No noise from the landing or departing airplanes. Long waiting time at check in. Even if three counters were open, the check in time took 40 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 10.15 pm. The hotel looks very nice, the lobby, the rooms, the swimming pool. However, at check in we had to wait for 40 minutes. There were 3 counters open, but all were maybe busy with visitors from cancelled flights or delayed flights. This took very long. Better would be to have one counter for normal check in procedures.

Spa was excellent we come through the hotel three times a year, it is extremely convenient for us and very luxurious and comfortable for a hotel that serves the airport guests. great location, good service the smoking rooms stinks badly. change carpet perhaps i had 2 over night transits in bangkok in the span of 1 week and i must say this is a very convenient place to put up at. staff are great, rooms are comfy although i must say the smoking room stinks badly. uve got to air it out or wash the carpets.

The extra charge for the business service was worted. The check in in the business center with the arrival cocktail. The room with the little extra like free internet was covering the extra money for the room. And the shuttle to and from the airport in 5 minutes is great...

It is very convenient. We got there around 1AM and yet there is still shuttle bus available for us at the time. Also, I traveled with 10-month old baby. They have crib for baby in the room. Very beautiful hotel and extremely close to the airport. There was a courtesy bus from the airport every 15 mins and check in was fantastic and fast. Very close to the airport however it is a little expensive but you pay for the conveience. Very nice rooms
