Close to the sky train and lots of street shopping. It is just far enough from the main street to enjoy a little quiet.

The dining room was closed for remodeling when I stayed there, though I am sure it is ready by now.

This is a nice place for the money. The rooms are just like little apartments and you can be quite comfortable there for lenghty periods of time. There is not much of a view from most rooms because of the tall buldings in the area but this is typical of Bangkok. There are great food stalls right on the street near the hotel and you are about a 10 minute walk from Bumrungrad Hospital. There are taxi cabs on the street at all hours, so if you dont feel like walking its not a problem to get a ride quickly. Charming hotel with friendly staff and I would stay again.

Restaurant Tip : Don't be afraid to try some of the food stalls on the street. You can eat here for much less and save your money for shopping or sight seeing.

Location is great close to Nana, the security in the hotel is pretty good and the front desk was very professional.

decor in the hallways leading to the rooms was dated and almost non existant you will not be wowed by any means, just plain powder blue walls

This was my first time staying here and I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised, the hotel lobby is nice, there are a number of shops located within, there was a mix up with my reservation the hotel was over booked and they immediately apologized and upgraded me to a suite at no added cost, it just took a few minutes longer while they sorted things out, inside the rooms where clean and spacious a little spartan on the decor but very much serviceable and the bed was confy, my room had a kitchen and I am sure that would be a welcomed addition my many guests staying longer term, location is great about a 5 minute walk to Nana plaza and 10 to the train station, a great value and a great stay for a budget hotel.

Nightlife Tip : Nana entertainment plaza 5 minutes away.

The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are very friendly, right down to the saluting man who opens the door to the lift foyer

The swimming pool is in the shade for a lot of the day

This is a very good hotel for the money, and it is right in the middle of the Nanna night spot area, if you like that sort of thing. it is close to the sky train, and across Sukumvit road, there is a great area for eating middle eastern food. My suite had a good sized kitchen, with a big fridge, and a lounge room with dining table and the berdroom had a walk in closet. The air con was effective but sounded like you were still on the plane. You can leave it on all day and just turn it off at night. This is great value, as I booked it through Agoda, which was cheaper than the other internet sites that I looked at.

Nightlife Tip : This is in the quiet part of a very lively street, where the night life seems to go all day.

Room size

The aircon, coffee shop and tut tut service

I stayed at the Omni Tower Serviced Residences for three days. They upgraded me from a studio to a one bed room studio. This room was by far the largest room I had in any hotel in Thailand. The unit has two aircon, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. The one in the bedroom was so loud that I turn it off most of the time. The room was well maintain and clean. The coffee shop where we get our breakfast was the slowest I have ever seen. It took them more than ten minutes to deliver the breakfast and another ten more minutes for the coffe and juice. Overall, I would stay there again only for the room size and not anything else.

it was centrally located

the hotel is old and smells.. and their is a guard to get to your room .. and the area is in a shady area street

The hotel was centally located however to get to it there was a small road and that road was filled with bars.to get to your hotel room you had to show a guard your key and pass card to get through a big glass door to the elevator. the service was ok nothing special. it is more like a 2 star hotel and no way close to a 4 star.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : its not far from the street where they sell all kinds of things and next to the tram.. redlight district

nice large rooms good set breakfast on a soi (street)which has a lot of eating places, internet cafes, food vendors hotel staff very accomodating excellent security

lack of free wireless in the rooms, poor reception in the lobby

I would definitely return to Omni Hotel when coming to Bangkok. It is a healthy walk to Bumrungrad International Hospital for medical check-ups. I was impressed with the security in the hotel. As a slightly disabled senior, I appreciated the attention of the staff to make me comfortable. The concierge arranged for me to get a ride to the end of the soi to reduce the walking. The rooms are larger than most hotels in the area. Having a kitchenette helps and there is a variety of food options on the soi.

Hotel Feature Tip : excellent security

The room was large

Looked old. Needs upgrading/redecorating. The airconditioning in the room was not effective. The staff in the coffee shop were miserable

The position of the hotel is in a convenient area. The hotel itself, although comfortable, I would rate as three star and not four. The suite was well equipped, clean and comfortable, but the airconditioner was not as effective as it should be. We found all the staff friendly, efficient and attentive, except the two girls in the coffee shop. In the land of smiles, they need a lesson.

What you get is the equivalent of a suite in a hotel for about a third of the price. The location is also excellent.

Breakfast was reasonable average.

This has to be the best value for money accomodation in Bangkok. I can't say enough good things about this place and will certainly plan on staying here again. It combines the best of serviced apartments with hotel service in an excellent location. Comparable accomodation in this part of Bangkok is easily double the price elsewhere. I would definitely recommend a stay at this place.

Hotel Feature Tip : Although not classed as a hotel you enjoy all the features of a hotel with 24 hour attendants and reception. You can also phone for food and drinks to be delivered to your door 24 hrs.

None

everything, old torn curtains, furniture with cigarette burns and torn cloth, very slow internet, worn out carpet, garbage breakfast

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Breakfast is not breakfast, just tea n toast. I had to pay for internet which really doesn't work most of the time. When I asked why after the first day I was told that the way it is. I paid for the net on the day of arrival and they charged me again when I checked out. I reckon it's a planned con, it was really slick the way it was done. I had no choice but to pay again (for a non-existent service). The room is so sad, all the furniture is well beyond use by date. The reception staff don't give a sh!t. With all the hotels available close by anyone would be better than this dump.

rooms larger than hotel rooms, close to all the shopping, entertainment, restaurants, transport services

no real weaknesses. found everything to my satisfaction and will stay here next time.

This is the third time I have stayed at Omni Tower. I have made it my home away from home. The rooms are better and larger than your average 3 and 4 star hotel rooms. Last time they didnt have the executive suite available and put me up in the 2 bedroom suite. Cant complain about the service.

Nightlife Tip : If you dont like the walk to SUKHUMVIT RD take their free tuk tuk there and avoid all the taxi touts hanging around outside.

good pool, friendly and very helpful staff.

basic breakfast. big corners on bed.

I enjoyed my stay ad the omni tower apartments. the rooms are apartments so are bigger than standard hotel rooms and have a big fridge, sink and microwave. The rooms are spacious, but didn't care for the bed design as they have big wooden corners that I walked into on a couple of occasions. I liked the pool it was big and nice and cool on a hot day.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close to skytrain station.
