Asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. Changed rooms and still got another smoking room. You would think that they would see the cigarette burns on the furniture and carpets was an indication. Most customers were mid-eastern and all seemed to smoke. Changed rooms and that also changed TV stations - which almost non-existent. Old box TV and very few channels with poor reception. Only good thing about the rooms was they were large.

if you want to come and go, in your own way. you can.
breakfast does not require any marks, same everday and cold. dissapointed with that.

Pretty good deal if they air conditioners worked b

The stay was pretty good. The staff was excellent. The facilities are well worn but well cared for an clean. I especially appreciated the clean sheets. The living area and bedroom had separate air conditioners and the one in the living are could not get the room temperature down below about 29 degrees, even after they sent engineers to the room three times. Eventually they gave up and moved me to a newly refurbished suite only to find both air conditioners not up to the job. I guess their standard for a working air conditioner is different from mine. The staff was always cheerful and helpful through all of this. The most important thing to me was the bed and linens, and they were always superior.

I stay here all the time because of its location very close to nana plaza, khaosan rd is only 200 baht away in a taxi and there's a great nightclub nearby called insomnia
