Couples United Kingdom, April 17, 2013	First impressions very good Nothing at all 3.3 Check in was very good and staff very friendly, we were given a room on the ground floor,room was very well decorated it had everything you needed,but the down side was it was very close to a house,where the man kept coughing up flem,and spitting it out every five minutes ( lovely) then the worst thing,we told the cleaning manager, but she didn't seem to botherd.
