noisy hotel with a tiny room

we stayed at the hotel for a night. the pick up service was not included in the price. the hotel was a 5 story building, but no elevator. we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to take the stair upto 5th floor. the room was very small, but clean. the night that we stayed we could hear people were talking at the pool until 3am. we could not sleep.

Tme maintainance of the rooms is substandard. Two of the lights (bed lamp and the wall lamp) were not functioning. The bedlamp was replaced on request.
We were given a bedroom on the 3rd floor although the hotel know that we are old people. My sister is partly handicapped but had to struggle up the narrow stairs.
We read in the internet advert that the airport taxi was included in the price but were told that this was not so for this special offer !!!
Restaurant Tip:
Best fish and chips at the Paragon Italian Brasserie.... better than any place in England. Also the Siam Niramit show is fantastic.

we stayed only for 1 night as our arrival was at night.room was small but clean and was having all facilities. pick up and drop facility from airport was arranged properly.as hotel was not having much vegetarian food still they arrange veg breakfast for us which was simple but good.if someone wants to stay nearby airport this is a nice option.

Vegetarian food is not available.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Also there is a rasonable size night market nearby. The market offers lots of interesting things and nice selection of food. The hotel's pool is small but comfy, The condition of the room was ok. Overall, this hotel is very good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
