Nice n clean hotel

Overall the hotel is nice n the room size is big, however, the Twin bed is abit small. The small kitchen contain many kitchen supplies. Staff are nice n room service in general is fast respond. I like this hotel and would recommend to other friends too.

Fantastic Apartment Style Residence

I am a regular Bangkok traveller and must say I am very pleased with the hotel.
It was a family holiday and I had 2 kids. The large apartment with separate living and bedroom gave my family enough space. The design was 5 stars, everything was luxury finishing.
Facilities are minimal, a decent pool , gym and café. But that's it. It didn't bother me, was just happy to be near ploen chit bts (5-7 mins walk) With the BTS you should be able to get to the major shopping centres.
Lastly, credit must be given to the hotel staff from the reception to the concierge - they were always friendly and helpful.

Value for money! Location so-so
Staff were prompt in getting taxis (always running on meters, no less!). Skip the hotel breakfast, head for the local delights at market directly across hotel.

Nice place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to Paragon. Nice view of US Embassy gardens was a plus amidst all the buildings. Great rec room and the staff was very pleasant.

It was fabulous, they spoke very good english and the place was 5 star for sure. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and this was a very upscale "condo feel" hotel. Would stay there again!
