Not the worst but not the best.
I like the area because it is quite acessible. However dinner and lunch is a problem over there.
Although there are alot of hawkers over there but i believe having a few nice & cosy restaurant will pep up the place.

no pull in bed for triple sharing. If you are 3 person share in one room , i suggest you to P2 Boutique, is good that there offer triple room that without the pull in bed and in reasonable price. This hotel is new and the breakfast keep on changing to make you that feel bore to eat the same food everyday. Another good for this hotel is the location is near to Platinum Plaza and Pratunam market. I tihnk i will stay this hotel again if i have a chance to Bkk again.

Spacious, clean room and friendly staffs. Helpful flexible in all aspect. Value for Money! Not all taxi or tuktuk driver know this Hotel, just remember to mention the road name " Petchaburi Soi 33" they will get it.... It was my first business trip to Bangkok. And hotel do really makes a difference. P2 is conveniently located near Produnam Wholesale Market, walking distance to Central World, and lots of taxi, tuktuk at your service. Definitely will return with my family for a great weekend stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. The room looked like the picture and was very well appointed with quality sheets, pillows and duvet. Breakfast did not have a very good variety and the eggs were in a warming pan that was not even turned on...no heat...so the eggs were cold. We passed on eating here P2 is a great value in a lesser known area to many people. P2 is a few minutes walk to the Pratunam wholesale fabric market with tons of shopping at bargain prices. Pantip Plaza, techie heaven, with every thing for your computer, camera, gadgets..you name it... is also within a five minute walk. The room was clean, sheets clean, bathroom clean...! A big screen TV, air con that worked..a beautiful wood floor...and spacious..we had plenty of room for all our bags and they even let us leave a bag while we traveled to Vietnam for four days, even though we were not staying with them on our return to Thailand...we will definitely come back!
Shopping Tip : When you shop at Pratunam, consider buying or bringing your rolling bag....because of the cheap prices you will buy more than you think..your arms will thank you

only cheap in price, no more. too much to list:
1. can't call it as a hotel or even motel.
2. the house keeping did tidy up the room, dust can be found.
3. the ONLY lift just can allow 2-3 person.
5. My frd feel sth now well on her bed, then she was sick.
6. No bell boy, no taxi service.
..... it's not the worest hotel that i ever triedl, but for sure that i will not try again. If need to add the BF, expensive extra cost is requested. I dropped a candy on the floor in the first night, and i found the candy was still on the floor in the last day when we check out.

Clean, helpful staff,near to major mall. breakfast was cold, very little choices.. This is my first trip to Bangkok. My family and me took really long time to decide on the hotel we want to stay. We came across P2 and was more interested in the other because of the good location and facilities. we were too late and have no choice but to choose P2. Wasn't really quite sure about it since it's new.
Long story short, when we were there the check in was fast. The room were ready for us. There were 3 of us and all three single beds were ready. the toilet was clean and everyday they will not fail to clean it up.
Although the hotel is in a street, seems like out of place but after one day when we took the taxi we realized that it was so near to platunam mall etc. Within walking distant say 7 mins.
If you wanna take a taxi, the range is 100-120 Baht. Not more than that. Be firm.
In general, the hotel is good for a budget stay and near to mall.
Travel tip : Along the street to platunam there's a lady selling porridge. It looks good so I tried. I don't have high expectation because as a Singaporean Cantonese I ate very good porridge when in Hongkong this year. It turn out to be so close to the one i had in hongkong and it was so cheap! Go there for breakfast..

friendly staff and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Good value for money. Ideal for shopping at Pratunam Center and market. shuttle service to BTS did not seem to be available Great value for money hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good service. Seems quite a new hotel and it is very clean and fresh with nice rooms and good facilities, lovely bathroom and hot shower. In a good area for shopping. There are no nice restaurants nearby though.
Shopping Tip : good hotel for Pratunam center and market which are great for shopping!

It offers excellent service and the price is very reasonable. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very nice and they speak good english. The location is good as well. I recommend this hotel as it is beyond my expectation. First, the location is quite good with reasonable price, it is near the pratnum center. Second, the staff are really nice and the service is brillant. They are willing to help and able to answer questions. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I will visit it again.
Shopping Tip : It is very near to Pratnum center and it takes about 10 minutes to go to Central World.

The rooms are new and comfy, clean and the housekeeping ladies are very friendly. Its good for business stay as the room had a long study table and all the wireless facilities. Lift too small, only provided 1 card key. Overall the location quite alright as its new to Patunam center and market, Platinum Central and can walk to World Trade Center, Zen, MBK (15 min) on the way u can explore the street of BKK.
Shopping Tip : Pratunam Centre, Market, Platinum Central, Surroundings with walking distance to MBK (15 Min), World Trade Central, Siam Paragon etc.

-very clean and in siam area, the staff are friendly and know English albeit 1 or 2 are snark. Oh and FREE wireless internet but the wireless signal is SO WEAK! Nobody really knows the location of this hotel, the so called CABLE TV only had about 3 English channels and I have a very deep suspicion that they are using video recordings as halfway throughout my stay AXN got cut off and each alt. day it seems to be repeating shows. Nice clean hotel , but at the hefty price of approx $60 SGD for a twin bed room with lousy TV , no thanks. Room service is not 24hrs as well though the staff were very nice enough to walk out to buy for us.
The location really is a problem, no tuk tuk/taxi will know the place unless u give a map, even then sometimes, people still don't know where it is.

Within walking distance to nearby malls like platinium & pratunam but not near to BTS station.Overall the hotel is quiet & service quite good. Room quite clean, staffs friendly & nice. P2 is just a 3 star hotel, so i did not expect much on the breakfast. Variety very little & does not taste nice. Lift a bit slow & small. Far from BTS station. The hotel do not have King size bed, use 2 single & form up. P2 Boutique Hotel Bangkok is a new hotel located at Soi Petchburi 33, Pratunam area. However, it is very far from the BTS Skytrain station. The nearest station is Chitlom station which is 10~15 minutes away by walk. The hotel surronding is very quiet and you can buy local goodies just next door. Cheaper than Chinatown. On the other hand, it is close to Pratunam Center and Pratunam market. Just outside the main road, the is a bank which offer quite good rates.Overall location is quite convenient & value for money.
Shopping Tip : Platinium mall is located nearby, buy items in 3 is cheaper a lot than buying 1. Quite near to RCA, a fun place to go if you want to experience BKk nightlife.

the best thing about p2 boutique hotel was its location and value for money. all markets are at a walking distance in room facilities the television channels had only one english channel and that too of bad quality. the breakfast had little variety of things and was not very enjoyable. my stay at p2 botique hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms were nice, properly furnished and neat and clean. the nights became a lil boring if spent in the room as the there were few channels to watch on the tv. the best thing would be its value for money considering its location and is great for low budget travellers. i was not very keen about the breakfast its quality was not very good. although wifi was provided i did not have a laptop and it was difficult to wait for the one computer downstairs which was also charged. tht felt inconvinent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : siam paragon is 15 minutes walk from this place and is lovely place for children and adults.
