This is my 12th time staying in this hotel, Location is good. Hotel getting crowded. Staff are as usual friendly. Breakfast not good compared to couple of years back. Price abit steep for studio room. There are a few studio room located in the old wings, which are abit overpriced. Just normal standard room revamp into studio style, its kinda not worth the price compare to the new wing. Though is much bigger, but not really worth the money.

No swimming pool available, expensive, shower room small.

I had stayed in palazzo more than 10times. However this particular trip of mine, i'm not really impressed with the room that i had stayed in. I had booked studio room, the room is just ok with that price tag on. However the shower area is indeed too small for my liking. Not much free space in the shower room. Breakfast isn't that great compare to few years back. However hotel still in a good location except for shopping. Apart from that hotel staff are still as friendly.

Studio room is slightly over rated. Fro the price is abit too steep. Had stayed in studio room for 5 days, found that the room is not really that impressive especially the shower area . The shower area is too small. Space is limited. No free area. Given a choice would not really returned for the studio room.

Price reasonable hotel and mostly near night market around the area. especially the near Chinese restaurant “Kwang” provide Chinese style cooking and tastes too. Overall the hotel decoration gives me the good impression as well the reception services very professional. The housekeeping is very tidy by doing a very fair job, except no free drinking supplies in the room itself.

Need to walk a fair distance to BTS station before transit to other location for shopping etc.

I love this hotel had booked a standard room but after see the small difference i had to pay for a studio i did the uppgrade.Studio is sooo much better its new built and have a more modern look to it then the normal standard rooms. So if you decide to spend couple of days in BKK go for the studio room its worth the extra 6 $. Very close to mrt to if you want to skip the traffic.

This was my first holiday in Bangkok and I was recommended to stay in this hotel by my boss. Glad to say, I was very satisfied. The service, room rates, cleanliness,locality, food, and other necessary requirements were all available. My family and I enjoyed very much the massage parlor besides the hotel.We all unwind after a tiring day tour. The room service was excellent and we enjoyed the Kuay Teow (noodle in Thai), Fried rice and drinks. All in all, no complaints and congratulations to the hotel staff for making our holiday a memorable one.

Spacious,and good interior decor designed. Locality -good, well located with massage parlors, supermarkets.Transport easy, Taxis all over. 7 Eleven opposite is most convenient for night snacks.Toilets clean. Housekeeping on time. Room service efficient and food -best! Price is reasonable too. Staff polite.

Internet facility is too expensive - 100Baht for 30 minutes! Malaysia is only 20Baht for 1 hr. Language. Staff must at least speak fair standard of English.

This is my 3rd stay within the 3months and I find it very comfortable to stay in the clean rooms. The laundry and room service are very efficient. I will return again when have the chance again. No complaint for the moment.

Best price for the room requested. No frills and just what you need for business and tourist travelers.

• Nightlife Tip : A popular Hindu shrine on the cross road at the main street at the left end. Perform night pujas.

Return back as the last stay was pleasent. Found more good resturant on the left corner of the main street. Staff are very helpful. and the bell boy reconise me.

Less than Baht 250 with toll from the airport. very convinient location with friendy staff. Breakfast are sufficient to wake you up.

I am happy with the Palazzo Hotel because I have been treated very good from the staff. The room which I stayed was good too. Breakfast and dinner were good. It is convenient to walk to the shopping mall which is nearby. You can also take a taxi to go back to the hotel if you do a lot of shopping.

I like the room which the one i had requested is perfect for me as i got what i requested. Good breakfast and dinner.

Typical old Bangkok hotel. Location is good for nightlife activity. Internet connection is slow and fee is expensive for this class of hotel. I rather choose different hotel next time.

The hotel is fairly clean, but we encountered problems like waiter asking for tips. We hope the hotel can improve with cleanliness and courtesy.
