Keyaki features five distinctive sections comprising sushi, robatayaki, teppanyaki, a la carte and five traditionally designed tatami rooms specializing in Kaiseki cuisine.

The Lobby Lounge

Fantastic Room (Atrium Deluxe). Excellent on site Japanese Restaurant. Efficient Check in. Great location and friendly staff. Restaurants a little over priced. A shame that breakfast is not included and is expensive. Chinese restaurant not as good as the Japanese. Read the small print on the massage offer list as we were expecting it to less than it was a fantastic business oriented hotel in a great location, very close to the shops and night life of bangkok, close to the transport system also. A wonderfully quiet room, good AC, excellent room service. A great pool at the top of the hotel and pleasant gym and sauna, with professional staff. We enjoyed a great Japanese meal on site and really loved our two day stay here, and would recommend it highly. The hotel also seemed quite quiet over the 21 ad 22nd December which was also a plus for us.

Just renovated (but not all new & fresh) The hotel just promoted renovation completed but they just did some parts. Very bad service of Food & Beverage, almost one hour service for in-room dining. No porter service The hotel annouced complete of renovation but only some areas and a few piece of in room furniture are new.
The coffee shop closes at 1 a.m. but there is no food service when I step for late dinner at 22.45 hrs. 50 mintues room service for Phadthai and Club S/W. I have to carry my own luggage all the way for both check in and check out. Many staff were there at ground floor lobby but kept talking and did not care. One porter at the lobby saw but did not provide service or help.

Great location, superb accommodation, gracious staff... Unreasonably high price of internet connection... This is a truly exceptional hotel. It comes with all the usual five star features, but what really separates the Pan Pacific from the rest is a proactive and genuinely caring staff. From housekeeper to restaurant waiter/waitress to concierge, the caring attitude and unremitting effort are just plain remarkable--and absolutely genuine. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Skytrain (and inexpensive internet shops) are located around the corner on Silom.
