- clean
- big
- comfortable bed
- big bathtub
- early check-in (i check in at 10am!)
- late check-out (they allow up to 5pm!)
- nice swimming pool
- 10 min slow walk to bts & shopping centre

i stayed here upon arrival to get my bearings. terminal 21 shopping center is short walk away with cheap food court and most things. close enough to bts skytrain.
internet was mostly great and at times really slow. but after calling front desk they fixed that issue.
the rooftop pool is salt water and surrounded by plants. beautiful.
a warm greeting when coming and going.
i highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a short walk from the BTS station, and a rather safe one. Staff were always armed with a smile, and greeted as you walk past. Rooms were new and beautiful (rain shower with a separate bathtub) but be prepared to not have a view.

It is my 1st time to Bangkok and I choose to stay at Park Plaza because of is good reviews by other travellers. Surprisingly, it is better than expectation as the staffs there are really friendly and service is excellent. There is free tuk tuk to fetch you to the nearest BTS station and give you alot of information and advise on places that you should and should not go. But even if without the tuk tuk, it is only 5 minutes walk to BTS station. Rooms are nice and lovely same as the toilet.

"Giant" at the concierge desk was a great help, room was very nice. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

We would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice property in a great location.
They need to turn off the Techno music at the poolside. Very annoying!
Restaurant Tip:
Raang Mahal right next door a must for Indian food lovers.

Great hotel, I always enjoy my stays at Park Plaza Hotel. The beds are comfortable so a good nights sleep is always on the cards. THe location is great also you can relax in your room or head out to visit the local nightlife

misleading photo in agoda

hotel is nice.. but agoda misled me with the bathroom photo as deluxe room didnt come with bathtub as shown in the photo.. and the rate i booked was way expensive than the current promo.. if have known earlier would have booked the room with bathtub.. told the hotel receptionist to upgrade but couldnt as all rooms were occupied as claimed.. disappointed or else would have been a good stay.. anyway nice comfy bed/pillows for good quality sleep..

if you go to bangkok, and you want to stay in the sukhumvit area, don't pass this one!
i've stayed in alot of hotels all over asia and also in bangkok, and i can really recommand the park plaza soi 18.
perfect rooms and bed, very clean, a wi-fi which is working very well (halleluja!) extremely friendly staff, breakfast is just fine, good coffee, scrambled eggs, lots of fruits, also rice dishes and noodlesoup for our asian friends.
i would guess the manager could be german, really very well managed...
Restaurant Tip:
Just nextdoors is a pefect local restaurant, good food and quite cheap.
