Not as good as my last few stays. Booked a room through Agoda and told the hotel is full when reached. Feeling frustrated to be transfer to sister hotel at Soi 18 for the first day. It was time wasting and inconvenience for the transferring. There is also no compensation or free room upgrades. The staffs were not very sincerely sorry about the transfer. Will consider other hotels for my stay in future.

Pleasant stay in a central location
Very professional, clean hotel in a central location near MTR (underground) and Sky train. Friendly staff.
I would say this hotel is at a 4 star European level with clean, professional rooms and helpful staff. The online booking price was vey good. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness needs to be improved
nice comfy room with a wonderful location, most importantly valued for money
overall the stay was acceptable. but should be proactive on the room's cleanliness. I have to call to get housekeeping to clean up the room and bath room. else everything is ok.
