we'd never been to bangkok before so we weren't sure what to expect. all staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. the hotel is located just around the corner from the station making it easy to access different areas of the city, although there is a shopping centre close by as well as lots of street stalls, restaurants and shops. the rooms were very clean also.
Shopping Tip:
Kho San Road is a great street market to go to at night.

great staff, i can't remember all their names but ken and pond are just two staff that went the extra mile.
housekeeping,front desk and restaurant staff were all fantastic
decent size rooms with all the mod cons.
great location and great prices.
definitely my favourite hotel in bangkok at the moment.

Helpful staff with good facilities

It was a stay i could not forget. Approachable service desk staff who assisted me as i had problems logging in to Wifi on my first day. The guard at the entrance always offered to call a taxi for me whenever i needed one. Really good service with smiles all over their faces. I will be going back again to stay for sure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Soi Cowboy is just opposite the hotel.

Quiet yet trendy, and everything works.
New rooms with very comfortable beds, big screen TV, good wifi, quiet, friendly staff, trendy decor.

I will have stayed at this hotel for 15 days and changed my plans to relocate to another hotel after being impressed with the amenities and the friendliness of the staff here. Great free wifi, big screen TV, and quiet. A good place to work. The cleaning staff work in groups and are quite noisy during the day. Restaurant menu does not offer a large selection.

this is my favourite hotel destination in bangkok
fantastic staff from the front desk to house-keeping
automatically receives a 10/10 because of the service and hospitality showed by the staff.
i can't remember all the staff, however ken, pond deserve a special mention.
good location and decent sized user friendly rooms
Travel tip:
The Asoke Moneychanger which is located a few metres from the hotel gives a better rate than the banks
Had some Taiwan dollars left over and he gave me nearly 25% more than what the banks offered.

Easy to Access with Reasonable Prices

The hotel is in good location, very convenient to connect with BTS and MRT as well as to call a taxi and also near to the park. Lobby is easy access, looks private and feel comfortable which fast response of the clerk. The room is clean and looks modern. Room rate is okay and reasonable. The hotel is private and good for traveller who needs quiet place to stay.
Shopping Tip:
Next to BTS/MRT and many well-know shopping malls. The nearest is "Terminal 21" easy to go to Siam, Emprorium, etc.
