The hotel is new and super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful that made the stay is even more enjoyable. It's close to the train station, and just a short stroll to sukkhumviet soi 11 where there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
The only complain is the tv channels. They are mostly in Thai and there are few channels in English.

walking distance to asoke bts sukhumvit mrt
make good use of trains....
the traffic jam is the Worst in the world....

this is a very good hotel in a wonderful location very close to asoke station. the rooms are very nice plus there is a lovely roof top pool with superb views over the city. the staff are extremely helpful & attentive. the breakfast buffet is first class with lots of variety every day - i appreciated the careful way everything was presented plus the very helpful cheerful staff.
no hesitation recommending this hotel & staying there again !

Overall I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It has a good personal feel when compared to the other large hotels around the corner. Some nice touches which include the free snacks and drinks area on the second floor. I'd stay again next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When getting around, try and use the BTS or MRT if you can. Traffic on Sukhumvit is a nightmare all the time.

stayed in this hotel for a couple days when in town for some meetings. the rooms are nice, good internet connection. the tv is located in an odd location and not on an adjustable arm to make it easier to view throughout the room. but overall happy with the rooms. the hotel is convenient as it is close to the skytrain, while it doesn't connect to asoke station as you might be led to believe, it is about 3-4 minutes walk from asoke. the only downside to the location is that there is not a 7-11 or mini-mart nearby to stock up on drinks, etc.
overall i was happy with my stay.

Great experience to stay in park plaza, it's very close to BTS, three minutes via walk. The room is cozy and clean. Thought the gym is smaller, still have some equipments to use. The package we had didn't include breakfast, I think this is the only cons.

We enjoyed at our stay at the Park Plaza Sukhumvit, the hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. If you don't mind being in Sukhumvit, this is a great location. However for us, we didnt realize it was kind of far from most of the tourist attractions, we felt it was a bit far. I think its mostly used as a business hotel, therefore the staff wasn't as helpful when it came to tours but again they were very friendly and tried to help as much as possible.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you're looking to be close to the main attractions then this is not the hotel for you.
