VERY comfortable bed, good shower and clean
breakfast was not explained that every item was chrged for, it was made out to us that it was like a buffet and there was one breakfast charge. food and drink is way over priced both in the bar restaurant and even more on the mini bar. bottle of water in the hotel 150B in the shop next door 7B.
The hotel is good for someone who is in town for a short period of time and needs to be on that side of town. to travel from the hotel to the other side of town to khosan road can take over an hour due to the high traffic levels in the evening, getting back from khsoan road late at night could take only 15 minutes.
not great overall for someone looking to stay for a long period of time or want to see things apart from the shops.
Hotel Feature Tip : dont use the mini bar stock up your own and dont have breakfast here there is a place down the road.

great value.good location,
excellent hotel with a great location.a 2 minute walk to the skytrain.walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in sukhumvit.from the moment u arrive u are treated very very well.nothing is a problem for the staff to arrange,rooms are very spacious with a great view of bangkok.excellent value for money and would definatly stay here again.

A BRAND NEW HOTEL,GOOD LOCATION HELPFUL STAFF
I stayed 13 night in the Park Plaza on september october and found it great value for money. The rooms are spotless with very very modern decor and the roof top pool is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has free internet access which was very helpful,I have been to many hotels in Bangkok but i am sure that Park Plaza is number ONE on my list.
service is very very nice,front desk, doorman bell boys,houskeping and all staff in the hotel. I never forgot all of them service
I will be back :when I make the choise to stay again in bangkok :a BIG YES
