quotation on price through agoda was for a couple but on arrival at hotel we found we had to pay an extra baht per night because i had forgotten to click the "2" persons for room. not a pleasant experience. will not use agoda again.

Great location and clean rooms
connected to the popular mbk shopping mall, walking distance to the bts national stadium station, siam paragon mall, discovery centre mall, etc

the hotel serves you a welcome drink while waiting to check you into the hotel room. they were apologetic (and even upgraded my room to deluxe room) when they told me i need to wait for 15 minutes for the room to be cleaned. overall, the staff service and room cleanliness were superb.
the hotel location is very attractive as it is conveniently connected to the popular mbk shopping mall. it is also walking distance (about 7 minutes) to the bts national stadium station. you can also walk to the discovery centre (10 mins), siam paragon mall (15 mins) and central world (25 mins, alternatively is to use the bts).
comparing to the nearby hotels, you may be paying slightly more to stay in this hotel but it is definitely well worth it.
Shopping Tip:
Beside MBK, consider going to Siam Paragon, Central World, Platinum Fashion Mall and Pantip Plaza (for IT geeks).

Would come again. Friendly staff who were more than willing to help. Hotel spa and pool is beautiful. Shops are only a step away and close to train station.

the hotel is situated in a really convenient location. it's connected to mbk, right next to the train station, and within a few minutes walk to the siam shopping centres. platinum mall is just a few more minutes away too.
the hotel staff is friendly and responds quickly to your requests.
