the hotel is located nearby nana plaza, which unfortunately has way too many ladyboys. other than that it's located near some great bars and restaurants.
the staff at the door were very nice, however the staff at the front desk weren't and weren't very helpful or approachable.
the room itself was very nice and very tidy. the bathroom and bed especially was brilliant.

The positive point about this hotel was the location. It was really convenient to reach almost all the famous areas like malls, bars, redcurrants and taxis from the hotel.
BUt I really didn't like the food it wasn't much good. And also staff were not helpful at all.

Terrible management and arrangement!

The flight we took was delayed for 2 hours. After landing, we right away went to the hotel. It was about 6 pm that time. When I check in, the staff just told us, they couldn't provide the arrangement of the rooms we mentioned in previous emails. It was really like a joke to us! How come the hotel inform us they cant do that but in te past two months they promise it was ok. When I asked I want to talk to the person in charge for emailing me, their manager, said , sorry, she is not here, I dont know when she will come back. She is working in another section , not mine, her reply doesn't represent mine. Oh I was so angry by what he said to me! We required non-smoking rooms and five rooms on the same floor. But finally they gave me three rooms on non smoking floor and another two rooms on another floor.
Beside, I found out the bed sheet had a shoe print on it. So we needed to call the front desk to change it. That was 1 pm on the first night!
WHAT A REALLY TERRIBLE HOTEL MANAGEMENT THEY WERE!
Travel tip:
With a group of big people, don't choose this hotel. Their management and arrangement was just a mess and horrbie!

The hotel management was so bad. What we order, they can't provide! I have been to Bangkok more than 5 time. This time was the worst becuase of the hotel management. The manager's attitude was so bad. He was not serious and true hearted to serve customers. Just always said we could not do that , that was not my section's arrangment etc.
Travel tip:
If you travel with a group of big family, don't choose this hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Though conveniently located near the train station but plenty other choices out there.
Room looked decent which was just justifying the room rate.
Decent room size but could be better if it came with a bath tub.
Air con was super noisy until i could not sleep.
No matter how i played around with the remote, i just could not bring the noise down. The air con fan was super noisy whether low or sleep mode.
Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. Checked out early and moved to another hotel. This was how bad it was.
Front desk people were not friendly type and made me feel like not welcomed. I have met a lot nicer front desk staff even at 3 stars hotel.
Never again will i stay here or recommend it to anyone.

very good location rooms large and bathroom well equipped. excellent pool. i found it very user friendly as i have stayed in the area many times in other hotels. the restaurant is basic but adequate for those who just need a snack. overall highly recommended for quality on a budget
