Quiet place in a rowdy location :-)

stay in a suite and the service is excellent! the room is spacious, clean and new. toilet is a bit small in a big suite room. tv has a lot of channels and 2 aircon system. mini kitchen is good for quick meal like instant noodle.
breakfast is great, change daily. the pool is nice and clean. free tuk tuk to bts and a 7-11 just next door.
will stay there again!

hi, i styed two times with in ten days with my family, it was great pleasure, room was so good comfortable and clean, staff also very good nice talking and knows the hospitality,clean and good area for familes, every things like taxi tuk tuk and train station its very easy excess. it was really good in that price. But, i have a little bit disoppoinment at the time of checking out, that staff inquiry about that things was not in the room.anyways it was very good.

I had a pleasant stay in Phachara suites. The hotel has all needed features for a normal/business visit. The pool area could be slightly bigger though. Hotel's own restaurant is decent and very affordable place to have a quick bite. In addition, the breakfast is recommendable. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Pop into Kinnaree Thai restaurant at Sukhumvit Soi 8 for tasty dishes

Ok Great location, Nice modern rooms.
If you book through Agoda the staff will not treat you the same as if you booked through them direct. No Wifi if booked through agoda unless you pay extra or use the lobby computer.!!
Also extra charges like loss of a key of Baht which was later found.
All in all the staff there are quite unhelpful when they want too be.
Certainly not my first choice of hotel even at a discounted rate.

Apartment was fine. Nothing out of this world but perfectly adequate for a few days on this part of Sukhumvit. Soi 4 and 6 literally on the doorstep depending on what you like, but building nice and quiet once inside.

This is a really nice hotel with good big rooms well kitted out and friendly housekeeping staff. I mentioned this on another web site and hope they have actioned it now but the front of house staff were terrible on this visit and also on my last visit. It is not a pleasant experience arriving or leaving this hotel. I will give it one more chance and if not sorted i will not be returning. All they need are a few smiles and to remember exactly why they are on the front desk. Its almost as if the customer was a nuisance, and that was not just me but i witnessed it with others as well. No angry customers, just people wanting to check in and check out, treated as a nuisance. I do hope it is sorted now as this hotel has serious potential to be one of the best in the area.
Nightlife Tip:
Lots of nightlife in surrounding areas and spoilt for choice of restaurants also.

I have stayed in this hotel several times now and have never been disappointed. The one bedroom executive is a very large and accomodating room satisfying all requirements at competitive prices. The location of the hotel is perfect for anybody wishing to spend most of their time exploring sukhumvit, close to the skytrain as well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The one bedroom executive at this hotel has two types, one with a separate shower and bath with no balcony, the other with balcony but a combined bath and shower. Room type is best requested while booking the room through agoda.

we have stayed at the phachara suites on several occasion and have always enjoyed our stay. the hotel is in a good location, close to the bts skytrain and some of the nightlife areas. we stayed in the one bedroom deluxe room and it was more than adequate. there are separate bedroom/bath and living room/kitchen areas devided by a sliding glass door. al the ammenities you could ask for are present including a washer/dryer. the gym has enough equipment and the pool is nice too. the breakfast buffet has western and asian choices and always tasted good. overall nice hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Take the BTS skytrain to all the shopping malls located at the Siam station.
