The suites are close to nana station, and hawker stalls - so travel and eating were taken care of, and the washing machine in the room made it easy when it came to laundry - dryer had a cool air cycle. The the studio was a good size, free internet in the foyer. Staff were easy to deal with, and the airport transfer was cheap! A very easy place to stay. The only let down was the gym - no chin up bar or space for floor work.

we only had an overnight stay but were upgraded to a suite. this is usually reserved for people who have several days booked. the location of the hotel is within walking distance of nana plaza and much of the night life but is still located far enough away thay you aren't disturbed by noise.

hotel is near nana bts. 5 mins walk. reception is effecient but they could do with a little smile on their face. overall the hotel cleanliness, size, decor of the rooms is good. but something about this hotel is lacking and we would rather choose another hotel next time.

very nice hotel in crazy location!

this is a great hotel right in the heart of nana. about a half block off the soi 4 so far enough away to where the noise does not affect your sleep. the staff is extremely courteous and the rooms are very large and include kitchenettes and laundry which is key! i will certainly stay here again!

Seven Seas Restaurant on the corner is great!

Phachara Suites is my favorite place to stay around the Sukhumvit area. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and it won't be the last.
The rooms are just great. Spacious with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. The best thing is the bed which is soft and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Thailand. The western style bathroom is nice and clean, complete with a rain shower.
The only negative I can really throw at Phachara is that you have to pay if you want to use wifi in your room. That's a pretty small complaint but could be a big deal if you need to get some work done online I suppose. They have 2 computers in the lobby where you can use the internet for free which is perfect for checking your e-mail.
It can be a little on the pricey side but if you have the budget you won't be disappointed with Phachara Suites.

I stayed here for 3 nights.The location is great not 5 mins walk from Nana but far enough away for quietness.
I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was exellent with your own kitchen complete with a washer/drier.Own livingroom and a massive bedroom with a lasrge balcony.
The only negative thing was the shower kept pouring water over the bath and onto the floor so the bathroom floor always got soaked evry time the shower was used.
