For me always a good stay, rooms are a good size and clean, generally I can get early check in, breakfast is adequate although it gets crowded, and some rooms have a balcony which is handy for a smoker. The downside is that internet is an extra and 'hotel' taxis' - no meter - hover about the place. Its a short walk down a laneway to the skytrain which is fine for singles and couples etc but not the best for young families due the trafffic and limited footpath. The swimming pool is largely undercover and only gets limited sun which makes the water a little cool by Thai standards - its quite OK and pleasant. Overall the hotel is a solid 4 star.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Phachara Suites and I will definitely stay there next time I am in Bangkok. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks very good English. The only drawback is the location which I found really rough.

Comforfable large suite.
Room size, good air conditioning, balcony.

Really large comfortable suite (One bedroom executive), had originally booked the deluxe which was fine except for the balcony which was small and hot because of air con units blowing hot air on you.
Close to Nana BTS and nightlife. Nice breakfast, very attentive staff.
Would definately stay again.

I have stayed here four times previously. This visit matched the other four. The rooms are large and well laid out. The staff are good and keep the rooms clean. The pool area is relaxing and the price is acceptable. A good hotel in a great location. Only 5 minutes from from MTR.

Phachara Suites was the perfect fit for our stay in Bangkok. Everything is crisp and clean, well designed with a modern look you find at nice condos. Our 2 bed suite was very spacious and had a full sized fridge, stove top w/ pans and cooking utensils, living and dining room with big couch and nice table, and each bedroom was very spacious with incredibly comfortable beds. The rest of the facilities were just as nice and the staff was helpful and kind. Only issue was spotty wifi in rooms but they have 2 imacs downstairs in the lobby and offer to print from them. Overall a great hotel and really affordable in that area.
