I have been at this hotel several times, and they keep improving. Physical plant has been upgraded and staff are attentive. Lack of full faciilities keeps this from being a 4 star hotel, but otherwise it's 4 stars.

this hotel is a nice find in bangkok. not too far from the airport and close to the tollway on ratchadapisek. desk, couch, shower and separate tub. decent breakfast although you can walk down the street to coins for a 24 hour meal. the staff was prompt and the doorman/bellhop was very efficient. the negative aspect is that the subway is a bit of a walk either way. but since cabs are so inexpensive in bkk, not that big an issue.

Not really a bad place but the location itself too far from the happening area, the down point was when I am in the room all the towels and other necessities are not there and the water was not regular hot (cant say that it is warm either) so really fell bad on this but only happy with the rate. did check out immediately as not really fell comfortable with the place

Hotel location was so so & the MRT is about 700meters away (Sutthisan Station). Hotel reception was poor & not welcoming. No greetings on arrival & such attitude would deter me from returning.
Room condition could be better. Smokers please do not book into this hotel as they will charge 1000Baht extra per night for cleaning. Sofa was worn & worst the stench from the floor rug/carpet was unbearable. Stayed for 4 nights & had complaint to change the sofa & rug went unheard.
Bring or buy your own toilet amenities. Soap & shampoo are all perfume free & does not last for halfaday. No food stall around & closest was near the MRT station.

The hotel is a bit away from it all, but if you are on business in the area it is a perfect location. It should be said that the MRT is only 5 min away and that 15 min on the MRT will bring you to Sukhumvit.
There are several large shopping malls in the area. Central Rama 9 and Esplenade.
Rooms arenice and sopacious, make sure to invest a few hundred in a upgrade to the Pietra Suit, well worth it.
Staff friendly and helpful. Always a nice stay.

this hotel is great as it is spacious and comfortable. nice toilets. there is also a gym and a spa. very convinient. huay kwang is near the hotel. probably about 10 minutes walk. there is lots of food varieties at huay kwang and u can also pray there. the hotel is also very near the BTS. very convinient

Very good price without feeling like a cheap hotel. Rooms are clean and well furnished.
Only minus is location not next to subway. Have to walk around 10 mins to nearest station.
Definitely recommended. Going to stay there again on my next trip.

I was given a free upgrade from my original booking. The room was veri big with a bedroom compartment and the living room area. Very convenient location and not too far away from the mrt station. Restaurants and entertainment outlets are nearby the hotel and very easy to get to. The night market is also nearby and staff were polite and friendly.

Locating the hotel proved to be an adventure because the local cab driver was just clueless. The signage could be a little more prominent because even locals had trouble finding the hotel!!
Apart from that, the room was nice and clean. The usual amenities are available and for the price, this is really value for money. Not as near to the underground but not that bad. Too bad there are no convenience stores nearby otherwise, this would have been an excellent hotel.
Strange that the hotel is a non smoking hotel and if you want to be able to smoke in the room, they will charge like an extra USD30 to "clean" the room. This is the only downer for me ...
The wifi for the room was decent which was good since my mobile data roaming with AIS was just whacked .... Boo telcos!
Restaurant Tip:
Really, eat local roadside food! If you happen to know the local language or some locals, the loval eating joints are pretty good and affordable. Had lunch at the back of the hotel with a local contact and cost was just 120Baht for 2 persons, food and drinks!
