Loved the friendly service. This was the second time I was there and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They may need to use an exterminator for a few bugs you may find here and there. The Pinnacle is located close to the sky train, Gullivers and many entertainment areas. The staff always have a smile on their face and are ready and willing to help you with any problem you may have. I will be booking my next stay with them and hopefully they keep their prices low and fair. If they do, I will continue to use their services.
Restaurant Tip : I had breakfast every morning at Gullivers which is just a 45 second walk from the hotel. Good food and good service.

too small of a room for the price. Fairly easy to find and centrally located with elevator. Reception was very nice but lacked basic information knowledge like how to get to airport by public transportation. Room was too small and unconfortable. Definitely not for 2 person. If you are just passing through and only need a place to sleep, this hotel is ok. But if you want a little rest and relaxation, this is not for you. Economical place but for the room, price needs to be 30%-50% lower. Recommend for only 1 person 1 nighters.
Nightlife Tip : walk to all the night life stuff. Bars, A go gos, shopping and dining.

Clean, Good location, affordable The hotel is ideally located in central tourist area. The maintainance is good and the staff are friendly. The tariff is very reasonable by considering the amenities in the room. The road (Soi 3/1) is not so clean but it is under rennovation. All types of food are available within 200 mts. distance. The hotel is suitable for a couple only. Not for full family. I will stay in the same hotel in the future also.
Nightlife Tip : Very near to the main entertainment area and friendly staff.

Access is bad for motor vehicles as road is very narrow and congested, no breakfast in hotel Great location for nightlife,about 400m from nana sky station, area is very middle east influenced with lots of middle east restaurants and shopping but was quite safe, staff were very helpfull, good value for money for a short stay, would not stay here for a long period
Nightlife Tip : Very close to Nana plaza which is great nightlife

The room was at the top floor right beneath main water pump, which turned on 24hrs x 60 min. x 3 times per minute (I'm not sure whether bearings are used?), shifting next day into an other room the room was flooded, water run (not dripped) down from the ceiling, the third room had the water rise pipe for the hotel next to the bed, the security staff - a koran fan - ignored me at an enquiry at 10pm for 5 min.!! the beautiful young lady at the service desk - at least something positive! - was absolutely surprised when I moved out after 1 night. I chose this hotel because I saw many +++ for this hotel; they never see me again

clean room, clean bathroom, good strong, hot shower. Easy access to BTS, 7-Elevens, and a supermarket. can use more house keepers to speed up rooms make-over. Most of the bath towels are way past their prime. The Pinnacle on Sukhumvit (Soi 3/1) has been one of my favorite hotels in the last couple of years. The reasons are that it's of good value, easy access to BTS, 7-Elevens, and close to many entertainment spots. The Pinnacle is also located in the middle of Bangkok's little Arabia, surrounded by many great middle eastern and African restaurants, most offering sheesha or hookha (water pipe for smoking fruits and spices tobacco). This hotel can serve as a change of scenery for those looking for more than just your typical Thailand or Bangkok experience.

Very good value
Close to the nightlife
Myself and 2 friends stayed at the Pinnacle Inn Sukhumvit Hotel for 1 night after booking the day before. They did not have a record of my booking but things were soon sorted out and I found the room to be more than acceptable considering the price, and teh staff accomodating. The hotel is in a bit of a 'backwater' road but is only abpout 5 minutes walk from the famous Nana entertainment complex and the Nana Hotel where you can go for breakfast
In summary - a very good budget choice - I would certainly use it again

great location, plenty of actions, very convenient. Clean room, clean sheets, towel, and shower and toilet... can be overwhelmed by powerful sights, sounds, and scents. Small room size, old hallway carpet. The AC can be noisy sometimes. Would not recommend for a whole family, single men only. Ok, for those on a budget but want a decent room to sleep in with clean sheets, towels, and bathroom located in one of the busiest areas of Bangkok, The Pinnacle may be the place for you. It is definitely not suited for a family type vacation but fine for single travelers. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, very close to entertainment actions in the early Sukhumvit sois (1-15). There are at least 3-4 seven-elevens within very close walking distant which makes it very convenient. There's also a Foodland supermarket 2 sois away that sells everything you'd need. It is also very close to the Nana station BTS which is a very good thing to have. In addition, you're in luck if you like Middle eastern foods because you'll be surrounded by it in all directions. All in all, a decent room, friendly staff and best of all, it's super inexpensive!

The room had hot water jug but no coffee/tea/sugar etc. The location was central to everything I needed to do in Bangkok. Walking distance to Hospital, Resturants, Bars etc. Just off Sukumvit road in the Nana area.
You get what you pay for. African, Arab & indian seem to make up a majority of the cliental.
I was greeted in the lobby by a friendly face who was very helpful to get me checked in. The lift was small. Four people with no bagage would be the max. two people with bagage would be a strugle. The room was small, but clean. The linen was clean, no bad smells. Air conditioner worked well. Shower/Bath tub clean. Arab/Indian restaurants up & down the Soi as well as local food stalls dotted around the area. All reasonbaly price and delicious.
Nightlife Tip : Soi 3 is very narrow. Not much room for a taxi to get down there, pehaps get dropped off at the Sukumvit rd corner & walk the 50 meters or so.
Close to plenty of bars & restaurants.

Location, location, location! The 3rd time I have stayed at The Pinnacle Inn this year and it won't b e my last. This hotel is superior to the Nana and almost half the price. A great stay and highly recommended. I will always stay there when in BKK.

5 mins for good Indian Restraunts.
If you can skip swiming pool and breakfast Its the best place to stay for Indians. Calm and quite and still close to all areas
Nightlife Tip : DO visit the arabian live band opposite the hotel.

Very near from BTS Nana station about 5-6minite
by walk. Have stayed this hotel few month ago,and again stayed this time.
