價格便宜 離地鐵又近 離市區也近 夜生活很多 隔壁有兩家按摩店 很便宜 但離飯店最近的第一家很爛不要
地點方便, 房間細小, 整潔, 服務不錯, 價格便宜, 房間的無線網絡比較弱, 很難找到一角位可以用wifi上網

地理位置非常的便捷，去MRT五分鐘內BY WALKING，坐３個站就到到市區，附近食野唔係太多，只有傳統泰國小食，以咁慨價錢房間都萛唔錯，如果你有什麼問題，這裡員工都好幫手，例如：英文轉泰文地址，坐什麼車去．．．．．．．．

This hotel should be quite old, room has musky smell and can get a better room with the price I pay. When check in at night, I was expecting the room to be ready. Receptionist is unfriendly. Giving me some sort of attitude faces. Even though I have presented the voucher, she still ask me about extra bed since she saw there is 3 persons. They should have read the booking in advanced and get the room prepared with extra bed before I reach! I have already paid for everything in advanced. Requesting a taxi to pattaya the agent in hotel charge me for 2000baht hence decided to go for normal taxi services for 1500baht. Only after that one of the bellboy who is quite helpful told me that he can assist us in getting 1500 from the agent. However to me is kind of too late. What a double standard.

Great hotel in good location
The room is big clean and nice.

I was pleased by the good service offered by the hotel. It is also very near to MRT station which makes traveling around Bangkok easier and cheaper. The breakfast was good.

For the price Pinnacle Lumpinee has to be the best value in Bangkok.Even the reception staff seem to be getting more friendly and helpful over the years [I have been staying there for past 6 years ever since I changed from the awful Malaysia].
Nightlife Tip:
Conveniently close [I stop on the MRT or Baht 50 in taxi]to the action on Silom-Suriwongse.

Location is great and so is the service
Pick-up & drop from Air Port facility is needed at free of cost, for tourist at least Local Map/brochure should be available

Stay was good and so is the standard of services. You have good choices for break fast.It is close to underground metro that one can walk. Local sightseeing service is located near reception. Talking Parrot was good to have fun. It would be great if a massage parlor can be located in the hotel itself so as to provide comfort.

i've stayed at the pinnacle hotel for so many times. i already know the receptionists and feel safe there. for example, i had to travel to chiangmai for 10 days and left my luggage at the reception without any doubt.
some of the rooms are a bit worn out, but you can choose the nice rooms on the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th floor (if you want to)
the breakfast is nice an plenty, with lots of papaya. they have a pool on the roof and a sauna. i will surely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the hotel is near the Muai thai stadium.

nothing really bad about this hotel, clean, simple, good food, good service.
situation in the middle of Bangkok, we were there for visit the town.
the swimming pool is enough for a little relax in the evening.
maybe the only bad point is the price, a little too expensive for this kind of hotel.
