Good location, decent rooms.
8.3
Stayed with my teenage daughter for a week. Was in good location and breakfasts were allways a good start to the day. The pool on the roof was nice but small so my daughter felt uncomfortable as most of the other guests were older european males. Gym equipment was mostly out of service. Great view of city.
Travel tip:
Do Not, use mini bar. Was 5 times plus the cost of the 7 11 on the street.

Old but clean, comfortable hotel
Near to MRT, polite staffs and good food nearby
8.3
the stay was good with the daily buffet breakfast thrown in. however the free wifi sometime works and sometimes does not especially in the rooms.
the hotel is a bit old but is clean and tidy so our stay was pretty comfortable. the kids had a room next to ours and even with an extra bed in place, they had enough space to move around.
try visiting the small shop named everything cafe just around the corner from the hotel towards the main road. food is good and the wifi is really fast there.

I have stayed at the hotel for nearly 20 years with plenty of stops over that time and I have to say that this will be the last time that I stay.
Front desk attitude to requests is one of total arrogance and not at all helpful to guests. As an example I asked for a yellow pages book not being able to find one in my room. The reception person clearly understood my request and stated that they did not have any at all, even in the office. Guess where I found so many yellow pages books - on each floor in housekeeping. I asked for some printing to be done, sorry no Internet and front office closed.......... I then found them laughing and commenting about something found and were looking at on the interned an hour later. Restaurant mgmt totally ignorant attitude when told that the burner under food bai Marie was out and food literally freezing cold. Did not bother to fix
The good things, night restaurant staff trying very hard to offer a quality service but lacked training and clean uniforms, housekeeping polite and offered recognition and kept a clean room except for the ants.
I have stayed at this hotel for 20 years when I travel but this time I checked out 3 days early and went elsewhere.

There are varieties of street foods. They are all within walking distance. The hotel is great. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great the pool and sauna is nice. The location is close to Lumphini park and the metro is close.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We have a nice Dinner cruise with our friend. It is not so far to go to River city pier.

Simple hotel with warm ambiance and good breakfast
good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool and sauna, quiet location
8.3
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Upon checking-in, they welcomed us with a glass of juice. Originally, we booked for a Standard Room but gave us a Superior Room next to our friends' room who checked-in a day before, without additional charge. Lucky for us! The American breakfast buffet is very good considering the not-so-expensive rate of the hotel. The pleasant and warm ambiance in the hotel compensated our small but clean room. Also, we were able to use the outdoor pool and sauna which made our stay more memorable.
We are definitely coming back to this hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Just 1 station away from Patpong Night Market/Bars & Clubs

Average Hotel with nice Stuff
Hotel at a good location and a nice breakfast buffet
7.3
I checked in to pinnacle now several times and the impressions are always the same.
The hotel is good but nothing special. The rooms are ok and quite clean.
The bathrooms are renovated (at least in the superior rooms) but thai style renovated. You can still see some rests of silicone or color in the bathroom.
Overall the hotel offers a good room for a good price.
But I have to say, more than 1000 Bath per night for a superior room at pinnacle I would not pay.
A plus is the nice breakfast buffet with good food. I used it when I was there the first two times, but actually there are a lot of food stands right arround the corner where you can have traditional thai brakfast for a few Bath.

Nice hotel but remote location
Clean, friendly, large room, nice swimming pool

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and nice roof top swimming pool + sauna. The hotel location is peaceful but a bit outside of the city life. 5 min walk to Lumpinee MRT station, which is very convenient and easy to use.
