The hotel is very convenient. You can dine and shop everywhere. The room is more comfort but a bit small and old decoration. It has free wifi in the room and lobby and internet provided at the lobby. The hotel is quite thai design. The 14 floor have a small swimming pool, sauna and gym room, even the swimming is quite small but still can relax there. The breakfast is quite good and have many choices.

nice friendly staff, but rooms badly need update
reception and public rooms, good breakfast with wide choice
6.7
overall experience was quite good, with hotels proximity to the areas that we wanted to access was not bad, with the MRT just down the road.
We found the breakfast very good with the choice and variety exceptional, also the aptmosphere of the hotels public rooms was very pleasant and the staff were helpful, with a cool drink being offered a check-in.
However, although we we upgraded to a superiour room, we found that our room was rather dated and in need of refubishment, the matress on the bed was in need of replacement and it was noted that the hallways after alighting the lifts were somwhat shabby.

i stay here regularly. for the price, including a very acceptable breakfast its amazing vale for money. the hotel is dated, cleanliness is average and it's not a destination hotel but the staff are friendly, the showers work, the bed is fine, wifi free and for the price it's a great package. close to public transport and a few restaurants and shops are located just metres from the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Vincent's over the road, charming staff, good food, nice ambiance, slightly further away Mali, opposite Pantip Suites, surprisingly good food, in bizarre setting, also great staff.

This is an excellent hotel and I stay here at least once a year when I am in Bangkok. It is well located, just a ten minute walk from Silom Road or one can take the undedrground train. They provide a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are large and well equipped. The hotel is quiet. Staff is most helpful.
Travel tip:
You're in the middle of everything. Just choose.

lovely hotel and good services
typical thai style decoration hotel
8.7
It was the second times that i stayed in this hotel. Thats all because of the hotel provide a very good customer service, and the clealiness was excellenct. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic as well as the gym room and sauna room. Apart from that, the hotel also located at good location, just about 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT station from the hotel. If you dont mind to walk, you can also walk to silom by the 15mins walking distance. for sure, i will be stay here again in the future, there is no doubt at all.

Good location.
Location is near MRT. Very convenient.

The stay is good. I think the hotelier may want to consider to renovate the hotel as it is a bit too old and the radio in the room is not working.

the hotel cannot compromise with the number of person stay in a room. we came 12 persons ( 10 adults & 2 children's ) and we had book 5 rooms but they only allow us 1person per room to stay. the second person need to pay additional person/night for 3 nights. i had book through agoda so many time but this is the first time in a hotel that can't compromise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When go shopping travel with taxi are cheaper than tuk tuk. Must visit the floating market and Ayuthaya Temple.
