Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Friendly and helpful staff in a good hotel.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, swimming pool, good breakfast
8.7
we had a lovely stay in the pinnacle lumpinee hotel. the location was ok if you don't mind walking a 10-15 minutes to a train station or to local markets and shops. it is ideally situated if you are interested in watching some muy thai kickboxing as there is a stadium across the main road. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. the room was nice and clean and was also a good size. the swimming pool was good but the gym is in need of improving. through agoda we got a very good deal and were very happy with our stay. however, if you want more of the main sites and attractions closer to you (as in walking distance) then a different hotel might be better.

We stayed again for two nights at Lumpini Hotel, because it easy to reach by MRT from Hua Lompong Station and the airport. The hotel is rather old and worn out, it needs r5enovation. Niuce is the pool on top about 16th floor, but rather small.
The staff isn't to friendly because to many travellors just stay over night after arriving in BGK. The breakfast is quite good.

Great price for great service
location; friendly helpful staff; relaxing roof top pool

Pinnacle hotel was a great place to stay - convenient to the subway, opposite the muay thai boxing stadium, a short ride or walk to Silom.
The staff are wonderful - very friendly and willing to to help. They kept the restaurant open for a late lunch for just the two of us, and were able to help us with tour bookings and taxi services. Our hotel taxi driver even surprised us with a visit to the elephants that was not included in out original plans.
The rooms and furnishings are a little old, but this is more than made up for by the service and location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the floating market and elephants in the same trip.

Good Location and Friendly Staff
Close to MRT, BTS and comfortable walking distance to Silom

Staff were very accomodating and I actually got into my room ahead of the prescribed check-in time. The hotel shows some signs of age and wear, but it is clean and very quiet, considering it is about 50 meters from one of the bussiest raodways in Bangkok.
Lumpini MTS is about 100 meters away (exit #1) easy conncetions to the BTS. Which also means easy access to the international airport by rail.
My eating experience outside of the extensive breakfast buffet, was not so favourable, but this may have had to domore with one person handling the restaurant, bar and outside seating area, alone.
Always a good choice for me wether on business or leisure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Across from the world famous Lumpini Thai Boxing Stadium, and the beautiful Lumpini Park.

Nice stay at pinnacle lumpinee. They were able to store our bags for over 2 weeks which has been a great help.

We were a bit disappointed by our room on the 15th floor. It wss a shame that they haven't cleaned or renovated this floor.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Platinum Ladies if you want great shoes or handbags. Always use a metered taxi. Don;t be conned by the taxi guy that works from the front of the hotel. He's a con man.
