It is my first time visting this hotel. The reason why I chose simply because of low price. Overall in general, the quality and service can meet the price. The buffet breakfast is quite good and with many choices. However, the wifi connection in some of the rooms seems to be poor since not only me is complaining on this. But the staffs are really helpful and tries their best to solve this problem for this. I really appreciated for them.
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is only near to MRT station but far away from BTS station and MRT closed quite early in midnight.

The hotel is a mre five minutes walk form Lumpinee MRT, so it's easy to get around from there. In addition, there ar plenty of (motor bike) taxis in front of the hotel.
The room was well sized and clean and the wireless worked fine. Standard amenities were present.
Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Even for the late riser, there was enough food left.
It's a plac I'll definitely will go back to.

i have stayed at the pinnacle 5 times and enjoyed my stay every time , the location is central , unfortuantly the night markets that used too be across the road are now closed but you have easy access to the underground at lumpini station only one stop too silom ,lots of restaurants close by and the staff are always happy to provide directions,breakfast is very well presented in the lordy restaurant and a good choice of foods

Rooms are below standard for the price they charge.The rooms are smelly and the towels are not replaced. Housekeeping is very slow in responding to complaints. Water pressure very low and I have to call reception more than 5 times before they responded. Even then the pressure was still low. Had to live with it for 8 days. One or two front desk personnel can be very unfriendly and I have never seen them smile. Breakfast is the same every morning. Corridors and hallways sometimes stink of dead rat or food left outside room overnight. Housekeepers can sometimes be very rude when you ask them to change the bedsheet which they do not replace when dirty.

Good old reliable Hotel

I have stayed here a few times before so I guess I like the place. The hotel is a little old but they have kept up the maintenance through out the years. Breakfast is always good here but not had a lunch or evening meal. Location is close to MRT station Lumpinee, and also to the Silom area.There are several good restaurants in the area so you dont have to walk far for a good feed.

this hotel is near to lumphini subway so it's easy to travel around. besides, it's located steps away from a muay thai boxing point so if you are a fan of thai boxing, you can enjoy the shows easily.
what i love about this hotel is its cleanliness and variety of breakfast. however, their staff is a minus point. they rarely smile with the guests and even don't say thank you when i check out!
a big disappointed thing during my stay is it's wireless internet is not working. only one morning that i could use it but when i came back in the evening, wireless internet is totally unusable again. i called the receptionist but she said the server is not working and promised it's gonna work tomorrow. but in fact, it's absolutely dead the following days.
p.s. their staff don't inform me when they transfer my call to another department though the telephone lines which makes me feel so confused.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a small restaurant just walks away from the hotel.. Exit the hotel and turn right, walk about 5 meters, you would see a small Thai restaurant on your right hand side! Try it and you would gonna love that!

The hotel staff at the reception were nice, and were able to communicate with us in English. The hotel itself was ok, but overpriced for what its worth. The room we stayed in could not receive any internet connection, even though the damn router was right outside the room. A "technician" was spent to our room, but he couldn't fix it either... And he didn't speak a word of English. So my bf and I had to sit in the corridor outside our room when we needed to use the internet. There were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom. The location of the hotel is not ideal for nightlife, and there were no good restaurants close by.

Good location near to MRT. The hotel more than my expect-ions. No room for any complaints. Super breakfast. Cordial and helpful staff. Value for money. Prefer to stay in the hotel on my next visit and recommending to friends and relatives.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is very near to Silom famous for night life. The shops and restaurants just outside the hotel.
