Clean, friendly and comfortable.
Great view of Bangkok from the rooftop terrace with a nice little swimming pool. Comfortable beds.

The description and pictures of the Hotel promises way more than the hotel can keep.
The rooms are old and worn out. The gym is a joke, and some of the equipment is dangerous to use. For the quality of the rooms, the hotel is overpriced. That being said, the location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious.
If I should return it would be because of the staff friendlyness.

Convient, resonably priced, free parking.
Near the subway ( 3 minutes), fast WiFi, car parking (I drove up from Pattaya fro one night).

My stay was perfectly fine except for a very, very loud tour group on my floor. I recommend paying the additional (approx) 100 baht for a deluxe room to (hopefully) avoid the tour groups. The deluxe rooms are on higher floor and have been upgraded.
