have stayed here many times as it is well located to the pratunam market. this is where i purchase goods for my business. it is a small boutique hotel that could do with some room updating. however the rooms are adequate with a/c, toilet -with bath & shower. they provide toiletries and free drinking water. if you want 4/5 star do not stay here. the staff are extremely friendly and the hotel has free entertainment every night except Mondays. hotel is the cheapest around and provides excellent value. the breakfast is included making it even better value. the street location provides cheap food, massage, laundry, hairdressers etc. there are nicer hotels but every time i come to Bangkok i have to stay here because of the people. such a friendly place. a second home.

the price is consider cheap
need to provide coffee & keetle for customer. the cafe should provide different foods instead of everyday same type of foods
most taxi driver doesn't know where is the location. Which hard to explain especially they don't speak English
