I can still recommend for people to stay at the PJWatergate hotel, where we can have our meal near the hotel.
The location is not so far from the shopping area, the rate is still reasonable.
The bathroom of the hotel is rather smell, and there is a coackroach in the room upon check-in.

This hotel is very convenient, located in the shopping area a walk to everywhere so you can shop until you drop and we did! The hotel itself is quite old and the rooms quite small but still clean and tidy. The bed however was a problem. It felt like the springs were coming out of the mattress. In the end we turned the mattress around and this solved the problem.

- Hotel Feature Tip : Be careful when getting a taxi to this hotel as the drivers often get it mixed up with the Amari Watergate.

This hotel is getting old and the rooms are dark and smelly. Rooms on the 1st floor are disgusting and have no windows and they really stink of raw sewage. Staff are nice but did not listen to my booking request as I asked for a room on the 2nd floor. Won't be staying here again.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't book a room on the 1st floor better still stay somewhere else!

Do not miss the breakfast! but i'll never book this hotel again. There are many cheaper hotels near the BTS.

Lots of massage spas - cheap but not so good.

This hotel is good value for money but you must insist that you are booked into a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Ground floor (1st floor) rooms are terrible.
- Nightlife Tip : Cheap massages close by - 129 bht for 1 hr foot massage.

The Pratunam shopping area is not far away from the hotel where you can buy cheap clothes but good quality!

The hotel is quite safe, however you should never leave any valuables lying around. The location of the hotel is near Pratunam market and other main shopping centres.

Overall the hotel room is clean and worth for money.
- Shopping Tip : Platinum Mall, Pratunam Mall, Siam Paragon, Erawan Shrine is just near by, within walking distance!!!
