The hotel is ideally located for early or late flights from BKK airport. Rooms are OK, there is no minibar, so you have to care yourself for your drinks or other needs. Wish all of you a pleasant stay and a good trip as well as a safe return back home.

Cozy little cottage, beautiful surroundings
8.7
we arrived bangkok pretty late(asia air, you know). i called plai and they sent a van soon with a young guy with sunny smile. we chose plai just for a night after landed but it turned out to be pleasantly surprising - the room is nice with a pleasant county view(but no worries there're plenty of 7-11s). when we got up the next morning we had a brunch at the cafeteria downstairs - pleasant meal and nice little garden. the free airport pickup(round) is also a bonus.
in general if you are looking for somewhere near airport it's not a bad option.

Nice Hotel
Free Wi Fi service in the room
6.3
The hotel room was quite clean, and good for one night stay if you have an early flight the next day. It is a 5 or 6-storey hotel and has an elevator, which is quite useful for older patrons or if you have heavy luggage. English TV channels are very limited, one or two. The Hotel has 24 hour airport transfer and also wake up call, but don’t depend on it. I requested a 5:30 am wake-up call and it came through half an hour late. There is also nothing else around the hotel. If you want to eat, only the hotel restaurant is available, but it’s only until around 10.30pm. Hotel provides free Wi Fi service, but it is quite slow. Hotel staff and service to and from the airport was good. Overall it's not a bad hotel for a budget traveler.

Perfect hotel for short stay near airport.
Cheap, clean, convenient location, good amenities.

this hotel was perfect for us to stay at as a reststop the day before flying out of bangkok, but only for this reason. many of the other guest did the same thing.
pros: cheap, clean rooms, only 5 min drive from airport, taxi drivers know where it is, refrigerator, bottled water provided, cafe/restaurant (good food-but gross omelet), pool table, free wifi, nice atmosphere in lobby, cafe & patio, small local market nearby. tours are provided either by or through the hotel, but we didn't do one so don't know quality; probably a great way to kill time while waiting for a flight the next day.
cons: no pool, charge for lobby computers (only 10 bt/10 min), ver poor service at cafe, nothing besides evening market nearby, charge for early check-in (100 bt/hr), nearby noise - construction and street - but didn't disturb sleep at night, charge for hotel transport (free through agoda), no cancellation or change to reservation, 300bt charge for transport "downtown."
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't use for extended stays. There are absolutely no attractions, restaurants, or forms of entertainment nearby. You might as well pay more for a more expensive place closer to the center of Bangkok considering cost for transport from Plai Garden downtown.

good transit hotel at a budget price
reasonable price inclusive of airport tranfers
7.3
We just stayed overnight coming from a hotel in Sukhumvit as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel has the basic amenities sufficient for an overnight stayed. Airport transfers were relatively efficient. The hotel staff were very helpful. However, a coffeemaker would be a welcome addition in the hotel room.
Travel tip:
a wet market and a 7-11 store are located nearby (walking distance from the hotel).
