The hotel next door p2 boutique hotel was a great difference. The room were so much better equiped and the staff were all so friendly. The lady boss told us what to order and advised us what was really good. We enjoyed our meals there and all of them were so friendly and they provide very good service and thet are all customer oriented. They know how to please their clients and are always so helpful i would like to comment that they should be on your internet booking for people like us I think the hotel need to be refurbished, there is nothing to make you want top go back there. The room was not properly cleaned. There were a small bundle of hair left in the bathroom next to the shower. Shower bath hjandle was broken. The sink does not have a strainer to protect things from falling into the hole. One grape fell into the hole and was stuck there.toiletries are two tiny pices of soap and a old small bottle of smelly shampoo which must be left behind long time ago. When you shower the water will flow out until the floor of the bathroom. Towels are as ols as the hotel.the frige is actually a freezer or ice box were your bolled drink can be frozen into ice. Mineral water were two glass bottled which when placed inside the fridgecracked and exploded. There was no coffee or tea except some worn out rusty looking kettle. The reception carpet looks dirty and does not seemed to be cleaned. the woman receptionist was not friendly and insulting. she told us that they give glass bottled to save the environment and insisted that we should not put them in the fridge. when we told her where we came from we put glass inside the fridge but her fridge is actually a freezer. she insisted that we pay 100 batt for the broken bottle. we paid because we had enough of her rudness and we have to insist for a receipt which she reluctantly printed out and refuse to sign on it. it is not a matter of payment it is a mater of poor organisation, not knowing a frdige is not a fridge,
most of the taxi drivers does not know where the hotel is. most of the time we were taken for longer rides to the hotel. from the shopping center at patunum we could have walked back within 8 to 10 minutes but was thinking it would be good to take a taxi instead the driver took us one big round to go knows where and we had to pay 80 for that.from china town the other taxi driver took us for a ride round patunam shopping centre inspite of we telling him he had gone the wrong direction.
the best taxi driver who took us to the airport had been arrange by the staff of boutique hotel by the name of 'ah song' we only paid 200 batt excluding the toll fee.,

Certain friendly staff especially the male front desk manager & hotel taxi driver Terrible breakfast, the lady front desk manager whom is very unpleasant The toilet is gross. It is small, and does not have a proper shower screen. It is gross because the the hole for the shower water to flow in seems to be always stuck, therefore, after a few minute, it would be as if you are in a puddle of water showering. Room is not very clean and small.
Restaurant Tip : Skip the breakfast. You will be much better off eating at the street stalls nearby. Even food from 7-11 tastes better.

the location, the room, not enough staff. when we arrived the hotel, i couldn't believe is this one, the map is not so far away from siam area, but true is need to walk like 30 mins to be there and the pics is not same also. i found a big bug in my room after they just clean! and my friend's room, when she was in the middle of shower, the electricity suddenly shut down. no hot water no light, and this happened 3 times per day! i won't go back anymore!
Restaurant Tip : somboon seafood restaurant! perfect and cheap!!
