Fair cost, available breakfast, diverse payment methods, friendly and professional staff, clean and neet indoors
Old towels, expensive internet, one way street makes it difficult to access
It all started with the booking. Somehow Agoda 'knew' that I wanted to go Bangkok and they sent me an advert where it was pick the hotel. My online booking was accepted. Even though I had not printed my voucher, they assisted me and friendly advised that next time I should bring a printed copy. My stay was very good and I was guaranteed of breakfast. Internet was available for a cost. There would be more internet usage if the price was reviewed downwards. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

cleanliness, attractive colors (unique to surroundings), value for money
expensive internet, some water heaters (showers) not repaired (no turning knobs), old towels
Staying at the Pratunam is like being home away from home, except that it even adds a little more privacy than the home environment. The staff accord you the value you deserve, and even more. Its location is in close proximity to the shopping malls and evening street markets that everyone dreams of visiting. And the environment is just safe and secure. It is also close to major roads that afford you to travel fast. Thats Pratunam for me.

close to shopping center (central world, mbk, panthip plaza, enz), walking distance to skytrain (1km)
noisy rooms, backrooms your hear aircon from next door building, poor bf
when you pay next to nothing you can expect next to nothing. thats what it was. a room but nothing more. shower was poor, rooms where small, cleaning crew was very loud. bf had no cerial, no milk, just 1 kind of bread and butter with jam, little bit of vegetables, an egg and thats about it. it was poor but we didnt pay much.

location, quietness, cleanness.
I wish that the hotel could improve the quality of breakfast, for example, offering some milk.
What I like most to stay in Pratunam City Inn Hotel is its location, which is 15 minute's walk to Central world, Siam paragon, Siam discovery center, and only 10 minutes' walk to Pratunam Market. Also the hotel is very quiet and clean. If anyone whose purpose is to do shopping in Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel.
Shopping Tip : In Central world, you can find "Naraya", which is a Thailand name brand, selling bags with different sizes and shapes. The key point is Naraya bags are designed with good quality and most reasonable price. If visitors want to buy some Thai product home as gifts, they can consider to buy "Naraya" bags.

cheapish price for the area, AC and cable TV are nice to have, hot water was very hot, staff was ok
but hard getting used to getting out of the strange little street it's on and onto the bigger roads and shopping area nearby, breakfast is awful= just skip it and go to the food stalls around the corner, the coffee is instant, the bathroom was dirty when we got in, the room was pretty dark,
I would not rec this place or stay there again, especially for the price when there are other places you can stay in the area for the same. If you want to go shopping it's a bit of a long walk but doable, as long as you have a good map and sense of direction because the hotel is on a very small street between a lot of larger ones and hard to find (for cabs, too!) We didn't feel especially safe there at night. The bathroom was dirty and a couple weeks later we had scabies (which could or could not have come from this hotel, it was one of 3 that we stayed in during the time that we were most likely infected with scabies from bedsheets or towels). Overall, not a good experience nor do I wish to repeat. The room was very small and dark and the TV was huge but only got a few stations, though it was supposed to be cable. Avoid the breakfast, even though it's included, it's not good at all!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : get a good map and take a card from the front desk with you so cabbies can get you back there safely and easily!

Good value. Central location.
Walls abit thin and a rather poor breakfast.
This hotel is situated a short walk, or cab in to town. The location is not particulaly touristy which is good. The staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are not big but are good value for the money. Do NOT use the cab outside the hotel.

Overall this hotel is not a good choice for travelers. The rooms are so small, warm (even with air-cond), old furniture, very dark and silent environment, and most of the taxi are unable to locate it.
Travel tip : Walk 20 minutes and can arrive at Baiyoke Hotel which contains a Sky View Bar on the 83th floor.

Cheap and good location for shopping.
Bathroom a bit small and breakfast was awful.
You get what you pay for. This place was a dump. Where the walls met there was a visible gap into the next room where you could hear everything. The bed linen and towels look like they haven't been renewed.

Don't put complimentary bottles of water into fridge or else they will crack, the fridge can turn the water into ice if you turn it maximum.
Travel tip : If you go to hotel by taxi, make sure you tell driver the street number Pratunam 33 because this hotel is really not well-known.

Good location, cheap pricing.
Cleanliness, location a bit shady if you are a single woman.
The hotel is based in a good shopping area, close to almost everything that can be bought way cheaper here than in other parts of Bangkok. Although it is not a hotel for the single female traveller at night, would at least recommend it for couple to be ideal due to its semi shady location at night. But for a short shopping period of stay, it is okay.

Convenient because we can walk to the Pratunam market and Isetan.
We head to the hotel in the hustle and bustle of the shop, and the disease is probably not clean.
Close to the center of town, and Big-c and Isetan is convenient for shopping, so we can walk. Good transport links. We will plunge into the bustle of large crowds, but people who want a quiet leisurely pass. The person who is pursuing a cheap and convenient is recommended.
