The hotel is easy to found, just next to somerset park suanplu. Staff is OK but not really good in English. Room size is reasonable with this competitive price. To remind everyone who want to stay in Premier Residence that, their Tuk Tuk service to saladaeng BTS or Silom is only available in 7am 8am 1pm 6pm and 7pm, other than the above schedule not free of charge.

Booked a executive deluxe room but got upgraded to a junior suite for free as the executive deluxe only had a king size bed not twin beds like we requested. Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, is only about 15-20min walk from Silom BTS stop but hotel offers a free tuk tuk once a day. Breakfast could be improved as not buffet you have to order from the menu and there are only 3 choices, american, continental or asian and the staff often get the order wrong eg. I asked for a bowl of cocoa crunch and they brought me a hot cocoa! Staff spoke very little english and it was a struggle to get any tour or travel advice. Tuk tuks and taxi's also found it hard to locate the hotel even with the address card that the hotel gave us.

I stayed at the Premier Residence for 2 nights. We were totally satisfied with the hotel. Location was acceptable, a few streets behind Banyan Tree Hotel, and about 15 min walk to BTS station.
The room was clean, new and modern. Sheets and towels were new.
Hotel staff at the reception was nice, and can communicate well in Eng. Even the cleaning lady was very helpful.
Delicious Breakfast. The best thing is that they have 3 PCs for accessing to the Internet for Free! Would definitely stay here again!!
