This new hotel provides impressive accommodations for all types of guests.

With 82 fully furnished units and all the needed amenities available, this residence is a fine example of comfortable modern living and their security system will ensure the best safety. Guests should take the time in exploring all the many tourists attractions and shopping areas throughout Silom, Sathorn and the famously known Sukhumvit. They can easily be reached by the multiple taxis passing through and the BTS skytrain, so transportation would not be much of an issue. The hotel is in the heart of the central business district surrounded by banking & financial institutions, embassies, hospitals, shopping centers, night entertainment areas, and renowned five-star hotels. Clean room with daily making of the bed, replenish of drinking water, removal of rubbish, resonable toilet (superior room) with daily replenishing of shower gel / soap, quiet surroundings, many local food / drinks stalls, very fast wireless internet connection plus friendly reception.

Not much to say for me as all my essential needs are met.

This is my first stay at Premier Residence & my initial review of the photos in the website seems to give me a feeling that the hotel location is far from the main Sathorn Road. I was sceptical about the residence as I previously stay at another residence & I have to clear my own rubbish. As my arrival was late in the afternoon, I was caught in a traffic jam along the slip road towards Lumpini Park. As I was wasn't sure about the location, I kept holding the map to check several times & also tried to make conversation with the taxi driver in my broken Thai language plus English. As the taxi driver drove into Suanplu area, I wasn't sure if the taxi driver had drove into the right location. As the driver drove into Soi 6, I saw the residence sign & heave a sign of relieve. I was impressed with the residence, clean, with friendly reception staffs. ZChecking in was a breeze & I went to my room & was surprised with its cleanliness with all basic amenties available. Surroundings was quite but when night falls, many food stalls sprung up along the road. I had a pleasant stay & am going back in August 09 to continue my experience all over again. Thank you

Very quiet and clean place

A bit far from the Sky Train, but a short ride to Sala Daeng by taxi, tuk-tuk, bike or even walk

Very food value for money compared to some boutique hotels I stayed. Not so stylish but neat, clean, cozy and comfortable rooms, with all comes. Wi-Fi available for free, extremely quiet and they even have a shuttle tuk-tuk to the Sky Train. Have nothing negative to say about the place and service. There a traditional small Thai market around the corner and stalls for those who enjoy tasty street food. I will go back next time.

Wifi available for free, extremly quiet and they even have a shuttle tuk-tuk to the Sky Train. Have nothing negative to say about the place and service. There is a traditional small Thai market around the corner and stalls for those who enjoy tasty street food. I will go back next time.
