Appraise: very clean; basic but enough appliance in the room, micro-wave, kettle, hair dryer.
Complaints: we (4 ppl) booked a suite comprising of 2 rooms,but pajamas and slippers are only available in master room; only 2 bottles of complimentary water are provided; staff rejected our request of 2 more bottles of water.....a little bit uncomfortable.

Tuk-Tuk service only until 6:30pm I am so glad I spent an hour using the free internet at the tourist counter at Bangkok Airport to find this hotel. I should've stayed at this hotel on my last trip. Great price! Comparing this hotel to another hotel for the same price, this place beats it HANDS DOWN! I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to Bangkok. The front desk even helped talk to my taxi to give directions and helped me book a show. The only real downsize that I experienced with this hotel was that when I ordered from their menu it takes about 20-30mins for it to arrive either in my room or on the table. BUT... the food is DELICIOUS! I miss this hotel already.

Clean and staff are friendly Room is small (family suit),very diffierent from the photo on agora , no air con on the pavement ! We have to turn on aircon for the room ourselves and better leave it on for whole day even not in the room or it would be very hot when get in during day time! There is no much variety for breakfast and the outfall for the shower room is Jammed! Would recommend the travellers who don't stay in the room for long time since it's pretty small, if you are seeking a small comfortable place to stay I would recommend premium residance to stay!

fair price, clean, cosy and simple deco for room location away from BTS/MRT, dint provide toothbrush in bathroom Nice & cosy hotel though is not close to BTS/MRT station but they provide tuk tuk service every 30 min from 7.30am to the nearest station (Sala Daeng/Silom), Along Sathorn road got some nice restaurants, by walking distance for few min. By taking taxi is just a few miles to Lumphini & MBK. The room also attached a mini kitchen (deluxe)and convenient for you to ready some simple food or heat up food.
Restaurant Tip : Walk out the hotel and go along the Sathorn Road, there's a restaurant called Secret Garden & Cafe Sweet served Thai Cuisine & desserts. Nice ambiance and good food there!

Hotel situated near the main road of Sathorn Rd. easily access to tuk tuk,taxi & hotel has free transports to nearest MRT station. Rated 3 star with clean trendy room and convenient facilities for cheap price booking through Agoda. At night there is even walking distance to Suan Lum Night Bazaar at 2.8km where there you can get great food at abit expensive price. Cloths and good there are more expensive and unique compare to Chatuchak market. Excellent first time visit to Bangkok!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : -Delicious Phad Thai (25Baht) sell at night together with other food stalls & shops. *Close on Sunday*
-Tranquil bakery opening at day time, medium cost great taste.
-Use hotel called taxi to airport, it's actually cheaper than the one u get on the street.

Clean room, tuk tuk service to Sala Daeng/Silom station. Hi-speed internet connection. The safe was broken and I could not have an alternative one; so I had to do without it for my whole stay (1wk). There is only one tuk-tuk, so when it's broken, you have to take taxi. This hotel is very good for its reasonal price. Location is ok; you can reach Sala Daeng / Silom/Lumpini stnation within 15 minutes on foot. Service quality of the staff is OK (could be better, though).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a nice massage shop next to the hotel.

Feel very comfortable to live in. Clean and cozy, with all you need even it's not big brand hotel. Not very close to BTS station, it would be perfect if Tuk Tuk service works half an hour but not just an hour per car. Nice and clean, cozy and warm place. Very comfortable to live in. Good and friendly service from the help desk. If can provide pick up service to BTS station would be perfect. Tuk Tuk service is provided but better works per half hour but not only an hour. All over is a nice and recommendable hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is Saruwong Road nearby, many good restaurant there.

quick check in and free WiFi standard room horrible smell from the drainpipe i rechecked in this hotel again after i 've made a short trip to an island. they were nice enough to let me left my bagage for a fewdays. they didn't upgrated me this time but i was still satisfic withi the room, fast Wi-Fi and big fridge.
Shopping Tip : do go to Fashion Mall for wholesale price many street vendors got their goods from there.

They are changing things here started from the new key card, not really nesscessary for me then this new device with the press button to announce that you need the room made or do not disturb. It's not so important for those changes. The same room with same facilities are good enough.

Cheap and clean. Well worth the money! For 33 SGD a night, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, and the room was quite spacious. Did not seem like a budget hotel at all. The room came with a microwave, a kettle for coffee and tea, a safe, bath robes, bed room slippers, and toiletries. Location wise, it is also quite good. It's rather far from the train station, but we did not take the train very often because cabs in bangkok are so cheap and it's quite easy to get a cab from the hotel. The only problem was getting to the hotel from the airport for the first time because we got lost for a while. Print out a map of the area if you plan on staying there, and show it to the taxi driver in case. (best if it's in thai)
