i stayed in delux club it was fantastic owne book in floor special lounge for club members you could say free drinks most of day if you wanted and plenty of complempery drinks in room, super soft bed great barth room ,all i can add you were just pampered with your club card ,will be back

A good stay overall and I would return. Was upgraded to a club room and given a late checkout which was a great start. The room was spacious and well appointed. Free fast WiFi and a good range of TV channels. Pool is very nice and an excellent gym. The only down side was the breakfast. There were lots of things but the pastry was stale, the fruit a bit tired and most of food was on the cold side. It really was a shame as in every other way I found it a great hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The Rosabieng restuarant across the road with a large beer garden at the front and an air con area at the rear serves some of the best Thai food in the Nana area. The fact that it is full of Thai families every night is evidence!

The hotel is about 10 mins walking distance away from the nearest BTS NaNa Station. Many cafe and pubs around the area, and some cafe even 24 hrs. With just an ipad, you can enjoy your music with the ipad Dock, and surf the net with the free WIFI.

Better than a 5-star hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, fast internet, near sky train and nightlife.

staff at restaurant very attentive and provide superb service to diners. when i made a gesture for not being able to find a plate at the buffet breakfast, a staff immediately came to me and ask me what do i need!
all staff from check-in to chamber maids to concierge all provide serivice with a smill.

hotel is located at gud location bt i found rooms too small.... their staff is supportive but some of them will insist you to go for ping pong show..... morning breakfast is too hectic with small place and over crowded..

staff very freindly,speak god english and eager to help.
the only negative is come dusk,you have quite a few ladies standing outside doing their business as you walk from nana bts to the hotel.certainly not suitable sight for family
