Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Excellent location for nightlife and shopping
Great hotel with very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Was a very pleasant stay. Except for a small hassle where I had to remind the staff to make up my room about 4 times before it got made up.

Nice hotel and convenient to get around
The safety is good, the man U bar is nice

Believe there was a slip up on your advertising, I remembered seeing bath tub when I booked the room. But the hotel told me there was none, so I upgraded to deluxe room.
But all was ok especially the free internet access which was quite convenient
Travel tip:
The hotel is convenient to travel round with the skytrain just around the corner. But do be careful and ask around the locals to get a better insight and do not let your curiosity get the better of you. Other than that just enjoy your stay

Have been to Bangkok twice in the past year and elected to stay at the President Palace both times. Good prices, nice rooms and on a fun street.

the staff rememebered me from my other stays, they are so helpfull, never made breakfast so cannot comment, but i must say it looks so nice. i cannot fault any of the staff, the even called a few dentists for me due to problems and then checked up with me to ensure i happy with treatment. they couldnt do enough for me. i think the manager has a super team working for him and i will reconmend this this hotel to all groups. i will be going abck again later this year and will, stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tiger temple, this was a heart warming time and so carming and relaxing, this is a must. The bridge over the River Kwai and the war graves, to see the hardship from all those years ago, it did bring a tear to my eye.

Decent enough hotel with good facilities and services. Only downside was the fact there was a Man Utd bar in the hotel!!

The staff couldnt do enough for me. Rooms are wonderful. Location is great. One of the best stays i have ever had anywhere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If someone tells you the grand palace is closed. They are lying go in anyway. They are very convincing but only want you to go on a shopping trip in a tuk-tuk

wonderful breakfast and held our bags at no charge as we went to Chiang Mai

They were very helpful with a smile. They looked out for us and made sure we were always safe and had fun.
Restaurant Tip:
Watch the sidewalk seafood restaurant across the street as the food is good but we believe it made us sick.
