Great location, polite staff but .....

The location is great and the staff are polite. However, we did not enjoy it as much because of how things were done. Beach towels are only available till 10 am! This is a hit or miss hotel and for us it was 50/50.

Back again for fifth time. No up-grade this time but same spacious, well appointed room with seating area, two TV with varied channels, and well appointed bathroom. Breakfast ihas a good variety and staff are excellent. The hotel is a short walk to Nana Skytrain and only thre to four stops from the best shops. restaurants and bars in Soi 11 are more than adequate for a varied ten day stay if you are too shopped out to stray further.
Shopping Tip:
Skytrain is on the doorstep so forget the taxis or tuk tuks.

Great hotel and location
Location was great and very clean

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel.
It is very clean with large rooms.
There is a hotel next door with a similar name so don't get them mixed up.
The breaky wasn't as good as last time we stayed but was ok.
We didn't have any other food in the hotel as we ate out.

grest hotel nearby bts station and nice restaurants nearby, nice swimming pool and gym..... second time stay at this hotel....
Shopping Tip:
few station to famous Siam sq shopping ctrs with great outlets and wonderful night life.....

Close (5-10 minutes walk) to the sky train station "Nana" , friendly staff

overall a very pleasant experience. rooms are very comfortable and have free wifi , together with enough channels on the tv to keep the kids happy.
pool looked good , though we did not use it.
breakfast spread was quite elaborate with a good mix of local and western cuisine.

We booked 3 rooms for non-smoking levels but upon arrival was told that only smoking levels were available, very disappointed. However, we got 2 rooms upgraded, which is a bit of consolation. The restaurant for breakefast was rather small and dim, the spread was normal. Other than that, the location was good, only 5 mins walk to Nana station, very conveniently located. Very happy with the cleaniless of rooms and bathrooms. The chambermaids did a good job. Will stay here again in my next trip.

Good value. Centrally located and well connected to the Skytrain network. Midst of a lot of action and shopping.
Skytrain is the recommended transport system as rod traffic is always chaotic.
