My family and I was very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It was spacious and we were able to add an extra bed. The bell boy was very helpful to us and was very patient. We will love to stay at the hotel again when we visit Bangkok.

I usually stay here when ever I go to bangkok because Hotel is clean , big room, quitted . Location of hotel very good with manny nice and good restaurant around. Very convinience using sky strain to some famous shopping center or weeken market.Fast and cheap. Day time also night time alway interesting.only one thing I still not satify is food for breakfast still poor.....

Room and interior is very outstanding just the reception counter is a bit not friendly type. Even the bell boy also not very helpfull. Maybe due to language barrier I try to understand the route that I ask, but when I ask again for them to explain their reaction become different and the voice tone also change. And maybe we are from Asian country they ignore us.
Shopping Tip:
Advised : Dont ask so much and try to learn a few Thai Language.

Staff were not friendly, the hotel doesn't consider your request ie interconnected room, smooking room etc. despite of it's available, could you got it when you pay extra charge.

1st impressive is the cleanness. 2nd is the location which just 5-10 mins walk to bts and 3rd . there are plenty of restuarant & massage shop just infront of hotel, 4th. room is big.
however. the frontdesk must improve a bit 1) one of staff was chewing the gum while talking to the guess. shldnt happen for such a 4-5 star hotel. 2) hotel must have more strict rule for smoker. i stay at non-smoking room but the next door came out and just smoke at the hall way.

Just few stops to Siam Paragon . MBK

We like the food served for our buffet breakfast. We also like the convenance of having many food stalls selling delicious local food near-by, only short distance to Nana sky train station. At Nana sky train station, you can travel to many places easily and is cheap. The street also found quite busy especially at night.
