Quiet area. Big standard rooms. Not too busy outside and clean. A bit of a walk, through the hotel to get to the pool area. If you stay in the Maple Tower. Had a great stay, with a late check out. All the staff and the doorman were great help. Always happy to get the door, stop a taxi ( no tip) or give information. A short walk 3 mins to Top supermarket, can buy food, drinks, anything cheaply.
Hotel tuk tuk left when required, great service, Will stay again.
Shopping Tip : Near to tops supermarket for lunch packs and drinks. Cheap.

Serviced Apartment for rent. A Tops market next door. DVD player, Kitchen, A big pool, great staff, a tuktuk. Windows open for fresh air. Washing machines are not available for short term stays. The kitchen doesn't have any pots or pans. The President Part on Sukhumvit 24 has a lot going for it. It feels like a serviced apartment, and it has a very nice pool area. There is a well stocked super market around the corner. The TukTuk goes out to the BTS. Sukhumvit 24 has a lot of restaurants as well. No real problems with the place. The lack of a washing machine and fully stocked kitchenware detracts from its value. Also, it is set back by about a 15 minute walk from the main road, but the hotel does have the tuktuk available.
Hotel Feature Tip : The pool area is a great place to spend time.
