Excellent rooms, fast service and friendly people Missing moisturiser in Bathroom Due to the central location, availability of rooms and the variety at competitive price my next choice of Hotel would surely be the President Park.
The rooms are clean with all required facility`s and comfort to be a Home from Home. Booking online is easy and effective and nothing for the Staff is impossible to further accommodate your requirements.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take metered Taxi and avoid going to places the drivers take you to. You might spend money you did not intend to.

Big Pool, Spacious room, Good price, Location. We normally stay at the Davis Hotel right across the street but we decided to stay at President Park because it was cheaper and has a bigger pool. Overall the stay was fine. The food was pretty average. We used the pool (but there were a lot of kids around) as the property is also used as Serviced Apartments. The staff and room are kinda bland so don't expect to be wowed. The rooms are pretty big and have a full size fridge and a small kitchen. The location is good for us. Its quiet at night, it's close to Skytrain, Emporium and depending on the time of day its easy to get around. It's also close to the expressway so travel to and from the airport is easy. Overall, we were happy with our stay. I prefer the Davis hotel but if you are looking to save President Park is a nice alternative.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you are staying here and need a car, try Master Car Rent. We used a car rent place that wasn't that far (but took about 30 mins each way), we didn't realize their was a place across the street until the end of our stay.

Large rooms, large bathroom, modern, clean, excellent staff. Long way from BTS station. Breakfast room small. This is an excellent hotel with an excellent, friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are large, modern and clean. The spacious bathrooms contain both a bathtub and a separate shower-stall. The breakfast room is somewhat small and can become rather crowded. The breakfast selection is adequate.
It is a long walk to the BTS Station on Sukhumvit Road (about 20 minutes), but the hotel runs a tuk-tuk service on request. Otherwise, taxis are cheap.
The hotel has two buildings on either side of soi 22/24. (The taxi driver needs to drive to where soi 22 and soi 24 meet: that is where the hotel is located.
There are various stores, restaurants, and a supermarket within a block of the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Large shopping mall at the start of soi 24 (opposite BTS station).

facilities such as pool, gym, spa and sauna, location, size of room breakfast wasnt included in the price... should be. Service was quick and efficient by the staff. The room was quite big and so was the bathroo,. Location of the hotel is good, however it is difficult to initially work out where you are. I would recommend staying there as it wasnt expensive and worth the money you paid for it.

Good location , Tulip very good ,Carnation good Smimming pool not enough big for such Hotel Have been there about 15 times, always good service for the price paid,swimmingpool too small,good location, seafood restaurant 200 mts,everything you need less than 5 minutes far.
They do not have a Member Card with discounts, that's a pity.
Restaurant Tip : If it swims we have it , seafood at 200 yards.

Clean, well eqipped in the room, good sized room Location not within walkable distance of the main Sukhumvit road and the nearest Skytrain station without getting overly hot or wet !You can take a taxibike if you don't mind a thrill All in all as a business traveller i found the Hotel more than adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful , the room was spacious and well equipped, reasonably priced and met my needs perfectly. The only concern i would have for Tourists is that the Skytrain station is a good 15 mins walk away but you can take taxibikes which may in the end be quicker anyway as long as you are not easily scared :)
Hotel Feature Tip : Get a taxibike from the corner outside the Hotel to anywhere close much quicker than getting a taxi and cooler too

Room space is good. it has a small kitchen and a big bathroom.It is clear and comfortable. Room is not quite new. bedquilt looks old. The room is good and the price is not expensive.
It is worth to stay. Hotel has parking lots. The location is good. Top market and Starbuck are next to hotel. A lot of massage stores are located at Soi 24 like " refresh "," Asia herbal ", " A Spa "...etc. Famous restaurant - Seafood Market, Lemongrass and many Japanese restaurests are near. Not far from Emporium Department store and BTS.( walking distance around 10 minutes )

not really much, but there is supermaket called top which is very near, probably thats it for me swimming pool need a great improvement they should really have changed the towel i used as well as bathtub..etc... and im even wonder they really changed my bed sheet daily? and i saw a cockroach.....

Staff, Restaurant, Location, Clean Comfortable Rooms The President Park is always a friendly place to stay in Bangkok and is conveniently located near Sukhumvit which provides great shopping options. This was my 3rd or 4th stay and I'm always impressed with the helpful staff and the quality of the rooms. This time, I ate at the in-house restaurant and was very impressed by the quality of the food and the value for money. Other good quality restaurants are only a short walk. If you want to access the Skytrain, the hotel offers a regular Tuk Tuk service to The Emporium. The rooms are always clean and well serviced - book an Orchid or Tulip suite if you want more room or are staying for several nights and you won't be disappointed. I'm definitely staying here again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel offers a range of sightseeing options which can be booked directly with the staff at the front desk. Check the options as soon as you arrive, as you may need to book 48 hours in advance for some tours.

The breakfast was nice. Even though breakfast looked small it has all the varieties I expected.
For breakfast I had to cross another building, a busy crossing. The staff always very helpful.
Then take tuk tuk to shopping takes long time to arrange. I took the motorcycle taxi as it was taking too long to arrange. In the morning, maid comes and ask for laundry. Do not want to wake up. The facilities are good. The staff were helpful. Security is also good. The staff helped when the key was not with you to operate the lift. The breakfast was good and restaurant staff very nice and helpful. The reception was quite helpful when asked for certain items.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel arranges tuk tuk to near by shopping mall. You can take cycle taxi for 20 bath. Cycle taxi is quick, may not suit for older ladies.

Large Suite room, large bathroom, nice kitchen, supermarket right around the corner if you want to do some shopping and cook on your own to save money and also they have a nice gym/sauna/steam room area which was relaxing after being out and about. I saw roaches a few times in the kitchen area, the water drain just outside the shower did not work very well, internet in the room is NOT wireless, had to sit at the desk and use my laptop instead laying in bed, I could hear my neighbors door open and shut as if my door was open, high frustrations when dealing with staff who do not have a decent command of the English language. Stay was "OK" for price paid. Don't expect to walk to the BTS. I found my suite to be a little too big for a single traveler with no need for "guest".
Shopping Tip : Supermarket is literally right around the corner for all types of consumables.
