Great value 5 star hotel

The hotel is often discounted and looks inexpensive for a five star hotel. Is there a catch? No. At the commonly discounted rate it is superb value, and easily beats many newer 5 star hotel in Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't use the hotel taxis. There are 2 types of taxi in Bangkok; the ones that ply the streets working all day and the ones that hang about your hotel most of the day and offer services as you leave. They cover their hours of inaction by charging you 2 or 3 times the price of the other taxis which use their meters. And that type is available by walking just a few meters onto the main street.

Staff are really helpful, there was a schefuled power outage for maintenance which started a full 12 hours early leaving us eating dinner in the dark which was a bit annoying, otherwise a fantastic hotel i would highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I am never surprised. The front desk service is excellent and the bell and door staff make the experience very pleasant. I have recommended this hotel to any friends and they have not been disappointed. They all give this property the thumbs up. I will be staying there again in late February.

Great location next to a spa, huge rooms

this is my second time staying at this hotel. i enjoyed the size of the room and how convenient it was to walk to places. they didn't have a lot of english channels on the tv. they had repeat channels. there were several days that our room didn't get cleaned until like 3:30 or 4:00 in the afternoon.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It has a spa connected to the hotel. I have gone to this spa twice and it is a very professional place.
