Very expensive with pool
nice pool area,but ugly people work there. have no service

nice hotel but people can learn smile to you. Very expensive to drink with pool. I have some food with me to feed my baby,but the people working around the pool say can not bring food to pool, even they dont have started to sell food that morning. I will never stay there anymore.People working in reseption are VERY slowly. just stay there and speak to each other

While my stay was very enjoyable I was a bit disappointed in the expensive rates charged for laundry service and very very expensive internet rates (per hour). However I will stay there again, and will recommend it other travellers.
It was extremely clean and the service was outstanding.
I also appreciated the christmas decorations and the the christmas carols that played throughout the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
very close to great shopping markets and not too far from department shops.

Maybe the best hotel I have ever been. Very good service from the very beginning. Room was very large and clean. Breakfast was very good and there was many sorts of food served. Pool area was very nice and there was very nice view over city. Everything went very well and I have nothing to complain.

The hotel was fantastic and the view was amazing
Roof top pool etc. location and the rooms were very clean with a fantastic view of Bangkok

Staff where great
Breakfast buffet was brilliant- plenty to choose from.
Only downfall was that the gym they advertise we have to pay extra to use. However it was a great gym with views of the skyline when running on treadmill make it worth paying for.
Shopping Tip:
Bo bae tower has excellent shopping and a hidden food court- much cheaper than hotel prices n it's in the same building.

the first night we were extremely late and the hotel was very nice and conforming in all ways! the room was missing a tv in the room! the internet wasn’t available in the room like it stated and the facilities i had to pay for the gym and steam room! and sanana !

the hotel is good but the staff was not the best if you pay for 2 in the room and do not submit the persons name in check in you will have to pay for the extra ladies. you also have to pay for the gym,hot tub
