Great value for the room & shopping

Very good value! Huge hotel and huge rooms are clean classically decorated but the bed very hard. Good and delicious international breakfast. Is a great location shopping at Bobae Tower in wholesale and taxi ride to MBK about 20 minutes.

Nice hotel and nice sight seeing

Arriving after a tiring and log hours flight from an European country I was received by a smiling and beautiful young lady in the hotel. Found two glasses and a couple of beer are what I need at the time. They are exactly I found in my large room in Floor 18. Opened the window I found what I love to: a beautiful sight seeing. That is among other that I experienced when I for the first time stay in the hotel. I had planned to be there for the second time at then of September this year.

Standard Hotel in a terrible location

The hotel was a nice hotel, well appointed with a nice breakfast buffet and a lovely pool area. The downside of the hotel was its location. It is not within walking distance of any sights or public transport. You have to catch a taxi or a tuk tuk if you want to go anywhere. The room we booked was a superior but this room type does NOT come with a double bed, only two singles. The hotel agreed to upgrade us to a deluxe at no extra charge.

I have spent 3 night with my 4 family members. We stayed in a suite with 3 bedrooms. The room are very spacious which are really valued in money.The hotel decoration is like palace. The down street of the hotel is Bo Bae market which selling wholesale and retails clothes. We even woke up at 4 - 5 am in the morning for the morning market purpose. Well, the hotel service is damn good, which i would say. We also like the breakfast much ! Definitely we will visit the hotel again for our next trip !
Shopping Tip:
It takes about 10 mins to Khao San road if u take cab. But, the market around the hotel is much more to shop !! The clothes are really cheap !

It is really a large palace

This is really a large hotel with two towers and we were staying on the 17th floor, breakfast was amazing and they have two simming pools which are very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel but its little far from the main city.

i check in 1 sep 2011 and check out 6 sep 2011.
everything is smooth, one things when i checked out at the counter at lobby, the lady at counter informed me that three glasses and one glass bottle disappeared. i don't have enough time to go up and check for it. so i paid for whatever they charged to me.
may be they over look or intentionally do it.
but i really not happy on it. but can not do anything also.

Big hotel
The room was nice, operation staff were supportive and provided quick serivce. I like the lighting in the room. The hotel is next to the market so it is quite interesting. Nice swimming pool.

When we first entered our room, the room was smell a bit. We booked and arrived at 4pm but still had to wait for 20 minutes for the rooms.
The breakfast was okie, but it was the same for everyday. On my day 2, I did not want to have breakfast because the food I had tried all on yesterday breakfast.
To go to Siam center, you have to go by taxi or tuktuk that you need to deal with the drivers all the time. The actual price should cost 80 baht by taxi (one way)
For the good things, the room was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful even though they were very busy.
The hotel is always fully occupied I think, so you will find it crowded, for me this is the good thing.
Shopping Tip:
there is an open market outside the hotel, opened just from 6.00-8.00 am
