Nice poolarea
Close to good shopping
Huge hotel with small romms. The poolarea at the 11:th floor was nice with a great view over the city.

Average and out the way of the busy koh san road
a little away from the madness of bangkok
we found this hotel average, nothing out the ordinary! Checking out seemed abit of a task and took 40 minutes. But all in all we found it average

Nice position in Bangkok
The breakfust was the the best with this hotell
the hotel istandard is not 4 star hotell our room was like 2 star hotell and we complain so we get better room. unfourtentley do we need to have 2 extrabed insted of 2 bedroom svit.

Nice facilities
Pool and bar - although breakfast was pretty good too
Was initially allocated a very small room with two single beds, as apparentlty these are the only ones available as smoking rooms. However got to change for the second night into a better standard - although this was what I had actually paid for. The second room was comfortable. The pool and food/bar facilities were great if somewhat a little expensive (pool free). While the hotel itself was very nice and the staff OK, this hotel is not centrally located. A trip into the centre of the city is not expensive and takes about 10 or 15 minutes by taxi.

Centrally located but lousy public relations
I had booked for a vacation in Bangkok with my family over new year. Upon arrival, there was not a single bellhop to help with the luggage. The reception on the 11th floor was like a fish market with hoards of people everywhere. Upon queuing and reaching the reception counter, the fine lady at the counter was polite enough to say that the suite that I booked 3 months in advance is not available since its high season and offered us two downgraded superior room with a connecting door. I did not receive any refund and took the room because I did'nt want to bother my older parents to travel again to another place to seek for accommodation. Added to all this there was no free wifi, lousy public relations, unfriendly staff. Please do not stay here and if you make an advance booking, do not underestimate that the room you booked would be available. You may get a downgrades room for more money paid earlier. Thumbs down to me. Would never again choose or recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful reception area
Lets start with the prop of the hotel. The reception area of the hotel is beautiful, when you go in the elevator and go up to your room it's a whole different hotel. The rug was dirty and the room was not worth the money! The staff was rude and liars. We wanted to go to a night market but informed us there was not one in the area and we have to take a tuk tuk for 100 baht and it will be 30mins away.

Amazing Hotel but poor rooms & service
Vast variety of food in buffet breakfast, amazing structure and detail of hotel building, gorgeous view from pool deck, kid friendly pool and good twin spas
Very nice looking hotel, inside and outside. Poor Customer service. Check-in waited a while to be acknowledged, lady who served us didn't even smile. Had to carry our own 3 suitcases up long flight of stairs to Tower B (no lift - impractical). Room phone was disconnected, house keeping came and moved twin beds out (no double bed for my boyfriend & I)so she could fix phone line for a while. Bought our own toilet paper, didn't refresh daily unless asked. Towels not changed for 2 days. Leftover room service utensils left outside our door from night before til the afternoon. Had a Conference break-out area through the middle of foyer to our Tower Lifts, awkward to walk through a lot of business people in swimwear and towels/or shopping bags.
