Great Hotel but not really impressed

The hotel should provides the free wi-fi. The breakfast has limited choices. The staff are lack of attention to Thai travellers..sorry to say that but it is true.
I wont definitely be back to this hotel again...Thank you

outside of the classic style hotel is a huge shopping area where you can get clothing for a good price. unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and were not able to use all of the hotel features.

6 floors of shopping at bargain prices next to and under the hotel.Watch out for tuc tuc drivers who want to take you to very expensive resturants.

you know this is my 3rd time staying at this hotel . i always stay here when i come to bangkok. the staff are great most speak english. over all service is tops . i am from hawaii so maybe my expectations are high .but this hotel meets them all. free brunch is always pretty good as well .the rooms are good size bigger than other hotels i have stayed in the past . the bathroom is pretty nice as well separate bathtub and shower . ac is good as its pretty friggen hot in bkk. i really like the staff honest and friendly .the only thing i could say is they should offer free internet its pretty costly to pay for card to use internet. also they should offer free gym use as most hotels offer that service free. only about 15 minutes by tok tok to siam paragon which is the big shopping mall. i would like to say thankyou to the staff in the bell hop dept i left my laptop on the floor in front of the service task and the young man quickly put it behind the counter where i was able to retrieve it later thanks guys .keep up the good work . food is pretty reasonable at this hotel as well .keep up the good work.

Very nice rooms and the rate was really equal with out budget and also the location was close to the landmark and shopping area.
Shopping Tip:
No need to Sunday Market, if you stay on this hotels because near the hotels already so many local market that the price was cheaper than the Sunday Market

The size of the hotel and the large amount of business and not staying guests makes the hotel seem slightly uncomfortable and business like. The sky bar is lovely and the views from the rooms are great at night. The staff are friendly and the food is of a high standard. The distance to points of interest is disappointing but may be why the hotel is at sucha good value price. The eco friendly room reminders are great and its good to see such a green approach in sucha polutted country.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You must go to Koh san road, even if just to drink a chang and people watch for an hour or so, bustleing market and great atmosphere.

traveling with my 1 year old daughter can be a little stressful sometimes. the people from this hotel were always a smiling face to entertain her and, furthermore, to let me and my wife have a while alone. the only flaw was one of the managers who, when inquired to respond for a mistake of the hotel, spoke to my wife in a very inappropriate language and manners, something an hotel of this standard should not allow.
